Amtrak, SEPTA and NJT Action Sunday after Thanksgiving 2009

Amtrak's busiest travel day of the year as seen from the SEPTA Eddington Station on the Northeast Corridor. Included are Amtrak Regional, Keystone and Acela services in addition to Long Distance Trains. Also seen are leased NJT and MARC equipment on Amtrak extras, NJT ACES service, SEPTA R7 trains, and an NJT Equipment move to the Atlantic City Line.

2:06 I usually see 3 or 4 cars and a cab car behind an AEM-7, but I've never seen 5 cars and a cab car. You got a rare, lucky catch!

0:08 The old (and former) Atlantic City Express Service (ACES) train , before the Pennsauken Transit Center on both the Atlantic City Line (commuter rail) and River Line (light rail) opened in 2013.

Great Video!!!!! I got a video of that MARC Train leaving Penn Station that same evening!!!!! I also got a video of that 6 car Keystone train through Secaucus Junction!!!!!

In the weekend after thanksgiving,(sunday) that is the single most traveled day for Amtrak customers, since their fleet is finite, they have to lease from other companies for that weekend.
