This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a hud manufactured home! The manufacturer for this house is Timber Creek Housing. The model for this home is the “White Oak”! LOVE the pantry! Only thing wrong with the kitchen is where the microwave is. Too low for m to get anyt hing out of it and perfect for little kids like Cullen to cook their batman guy.

This house truly feels like home. I love the brick fireplace that it has. Like, this house just spells "Family" by its appearance. Idk how else to describe it. It feels welcoming and inviting. Like, sit and stay awhile, make yourself at home-vibe. I could see birthday celebrations here, maybe Thanksgiving and Christmas. Its not just beautifully laid out, its just blessed.

I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. My favorite parts are the open shelves in the living area, the back porch, and the master bathroom.

Did I miss this house on the main channel? I don't remember this one. I love everything about this one! The only thing I would change is I would get rid of the fireplace on the back porch. I'd rather look at the critters in our woods. Don't really need the fireplace in the living room either. I'm just not impressed with fireplaces. I'd remove the bathtub in the master bath as well. Because we wouldn't use it. But I love the rest of the house. I like that the stove, sink and fridge are close and the island is awesome. Beautiful house! Thanks Chance!

Yss. Now. That 70s 80s vibe is in! Whoo! Love the color and brick. Glad brick is back. Green... but white cabs in kitchen and bath. No. Wood would be better. Nice pantry! Prefer white trims. Love the front and back porches. Amber lights...love it. Would have to screen the back porch and roll plastics to close up for winter. Fireplaces has to be real. Shower in main needs to be lighter. Office.. oh boy.. will figure it out. I think I have seen this before not sure because I have seen dozens of dozens of homes you have shown on your channels. Sure beats HGTV! Good job.

Luv luv luv this home prefer the colors of the other home on the thumb nail, would enclose the back porch as a family room add a door to attach a firefly on the back, prefer stand alone tub in primary bath and I would absolutely convert that huge pantry to a walk in closet the utility room has enough cabinets and cupboards for storage

The microwave being that low is very inconvenient, otherwise,like the kitchen. Love the sink under the window. Why are there no towel racks in the bathrooms? Not a fan of closets in the bathroom due to the humidity. Nice home overall, but I am looking to downsize. Great tour.

I enjoy these Mobile/Modular home reviews. Grew up in a 14/16 by 70ft Mobile home, when we moved to Canada in 76. I'm always looking for a deal, but need to find a place to plop the home down on. Wonder what the cost is to ship to Ontario Canada lol?

I like a half wall better in the shower instead of all glass. If you don't squeezy off the glass it will eventually get water marks on

It looks to me like very short on cabinets. I always like to count at least 16, which is very bare minimum unless there’s a huge pantry.

They put one of those wall heater "fireplaces" 🙄 inside the home but a real wood burning fireplace outside on the back porch? Something is really wrong with that! Ever heard of a fire pit? Some of these homes make no sense to me. 🤷
