Dressing up in the traditional dresses and suits are appreciated whenever you are tourists in those specific indigenous sites, because thats the most authentic its gonna get and you'll be helping the local indigenous market too. We dont see it as a caricature locally as long as its authentic and helps the local market. You wouldnt have to wear it everyday while youre here tho as its not usually the most comfortable, but its always a commemoration for the locals when they earn from their textiles as their sales and rent fees - despite being a primary point of tourism videos like this - likely doesnt earm them a ton of money either - despite being considerably pricey for locals. Its always best to take photos and learn alot of the indigenous people too while doing so tho, theres a lot of history to learn from them.

I'm a filipino nearing a senior citizen age and I make it a point to spend every summer in a unique destination in the Philippines with my family and friends. I have been to a lot of these places you see in this video but I have not even scratched the surface of what to see and explore in my country. Its a never ending experience to wake up in the Philippines and undoubtedly you'll have the time of your life if visit us here. Mabuhay!

Hey, wearing traditional costumes of the Philippines is just fine BUT wearing costumes that uses the Philippine flag is kinda not allowed [having the flag colors is fine but the clothing resembles the flag/really looks like the flag, it is not allowed (though some filipinos don't realize that) ...
