Oh... My... God... I have been working on this edit for almost an entire year now and I honestly didn't even think I'd complete it this year! But, as you can see, I was very wrong!! I think this is the longest edit I've ever made, even beating my In the End edit, which is by the way at 163K VIEWS!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THAT!!!
This edit was probably one of the most stop-and-go edits I've ever done since I would stop editing this one, start new projects, finish those, do a few more seconds of this project and then do another project. This happened for months on end until a few days ago when I just picked it up and just RAN through it! In the end, if you know what it's like to edit in After Effects, this was a massive project as it had a total of 605 layers to put everything together! 606 INDIVIDUAL LAYERS FOR EVERYTHING! SCROLLING THROUGH PROJECTS HAS NEVER BEEN THIS INTENSE IN THE PAST!! My PC will be so happy that I'm putting this project to rest now that it's done, I can finally let it breathe and not reach temps that make the Sun look like a match on a stick.
I've been doing a lot of editing on another project and that just filled me with the inspiration needed to get through the rest of this as the other project allowed for some experimentation, which always helps get the creativity flowing! I really hope you enjoy this new edit and perhaps this will become my new Magnum Opus in the place of In the End, only time will tell.
I'll admit, this edit was originally meant to be a challenge to one of 97BluFlame's old edits, the one where they edited the song Drowning by The Eden Project. I love the edit and I love EDEN, so I needed to do something with that! This edit is the product of my love for EDEN, Transformers, and my somewhat subconscious envy of how awesome 97's edit was! If you're reading this, 97BlueFlame, I RAISE YOU THIS EDIT TO YOUR ONE OF DROWNING!!
I really need to edit to EDEN's music more often, you guys really don't understand how much of it I listen to, that and twenty-one pilots.
As for future edits, I'll keep cranking them out when I can, but I'm still fairly busy due to school and all that noise, so I'll upload content whenever possible! Sit tight guys, and hopefully, this one will hold you over until next time! Enjoy!
