i watched this video after ordering, first thing our body takes around 15 days to settle on a new mattress, second thing each person has a different sensitivity to surface of sleep, some people like hard, some prefer soft , some prefer a combination of both, third orthopedic mattresses are not always hard on bottom , there are two main types natural latex and foam, natrual lates costs around 50k so cheaper option is foam, for others reading this, go to an ikea store or a store where you can try sleeping on the mattress then choose the firmness. thank you for reading this huge comment and guide

Bhai aap zameen pr so jaayein, wo bilkul bhi andar nahi jaegi!! Foams are supposed to work like a 'foam'. What else do you expect from an HR foam mattress or a Memory Foam mattress to do for your back? When you sleep on a hard/flat surface or a surface which is harder compared to a foam/memory foam, you will never get ideal 'Spine alignment'! Every human has a natural curve in the spine (pretty sure you have researched that as well). A memory foam takes the shape of your body, and its core function is to provide you a sleeping surface which aligns your spine properly with its natural curves. If your back pain remained same OR became worse after using the foam mattress (whether Wakefit or any other brand), then it might mean that your spine's natural curve have some issue. Therefore instead of blindly ordering an orthopedic memory foam mattress (as you said in the video that you just saw that its an orthopedic mattress and you just ordered it without researching), you should have consulted an Orthopedist first (unless you are an Orthopedist yourself)! Now, just like you, I am also not paid to put this review here. I am sharing from my own experience of using Wakefit orthopedic memory foam mattress for more than 2.5 years now. I have never faced any problems with this mattress at all for even a single night in the last 2.5 years. No issues with back pain (I had mild pain before I started using this mattress), no issues of any other kind. Of course, I won't comment on the problems you faced with Wakefit's customer service, because that's something I didn't need to go through because of my superior experience with the mattress. And yes, just in case you want to know more about the spine's natural curve, do a quick google search, or check www.spineuniverse.com/anatomy/normal-curves-your-spine . A foam mattress is worthy of its name only if it aligns your spine. Hard surfaces do not align the spine, but they provide firm support to it. A soft mattress doesn’t have a lot of support. It lets your body sink down, causing your spine to curve. This CAN lead to back pain and if you already have back pain, then this can aggravate it. You should have gone for a mattress which is harder and provides support. Yours is more likely to be a case of wrong choice, because the mattress itself is not bad at all (again, I say this from my own experience of using it for more than 2.5 years and NEVER facing any kind of issue at all). Hope you find a better mattress soon for your back pain if you haven't found one yet! But frankly, your review is more misleading than helpful!

Ye side ka problem sab foam mattress me hota hai - from what i read. But ha - your point is correct, ye actual orthopedic mattress nahi hai at all. Also thanks for sharing the bad return experience - ye pata nahi tha.

I have been using wakefit mattress since a year now and its perfectly fine. I use to get whitenoice at begining but after washing the cover it was all perfect. And it's not too soft nor too hard. I am 25 years old and my parents are of 60 and they don't have any back problems. I personally feel everyone's body is different and results in different. But nothing negative nor this is paid comment. If you are thinking to buy I would recommend.

Bro, bonding foam online milne vale koi bhi ortho mattress me nahi aata hai. Abhi tak maine sleepwell me dekha hai jiski price 22-24k hai. Woh chhune se kanto ki tarah lagta hai (basically aap dono side use nahi kar sakte) or patthar jaisa kadak hai. Most reviews me wakefit top 5 me hai. Agar aapko naya mattress use karne ke baad bhi back pain problem hai to aapko ek ortho doctor ki zarurat hai. Take care

Line to line is correct review ,even I was also amazed how so many people rank it number one . This is not matress this is Jugaad . Those having back pain neck pain etc never ever use this type of soft foam otherwise you have to visit orthopedic doctor soon . One thing you missed is it's slippery cover which slips evertime change sleeping position and never give feeling of a cotton mattress .rather it feel like traveling in train and slipping my base mattress.Horrible to use it . Also initially they changed the size online and than I returned and have to chase them like hell for refund . I am using heating pad from last two days for warming my neck .

I don't think wakefit is a bad mattress. I'm using this mattress for over 3 years, it is very good mattress. It gives me good support for back and comfort is excellent. Even I'm not getting any money for promoting this mattress. My review is honest.

Actually people buying this kind mattress only because of their return policy.Sleepwell Or kurlon doesn't provide return facility if not suited to u this is the only problem.I have gifted this mattress to my sister first non orthopedic then returned nd again ordered orthopedic but she nd her husband both are highly disappointed by this product even both mattresses aggravated their back bone nd cervical issues. Really an eye opener, the foam looks like sponge, it seems huge slabs of sponge is being sold. Its really awesome to see such kind of reviews in you tube. Mostly You tubers are afraid to say anything bad regarding a product because then company won't send them free products to review in future so they will have less content and without content their channel will die. Seen any of the food channels ? How these food channels praise every food they eat, never in their life did they come across any food , that was NOT excellent. Is that normal? The one i bought in 2017 is very good quality. It has no soft foam. Instead 4" of HR foam and 2" memory foam. Also this mattress didn't come in rolled up condition because there is a thin coir sheet between HR and memory foam. I don't get any back issues from this mattress. Also the zipper cover is so thick and very High quality. Looks like wakefit has compromised on quality now to keep the cost low and affordable. I bought 6x6.5, 6" mattress for 17.5k then. But same size is available for very less price these days.

First thing 8inch bed is not orthopedic it clearly says on website soft and medium feel. Ortho is 6in mattress. You have purchased the wrong one and you are complaining.

Iam using Godrej ortho mattress from past 7 years. It's perfect Very very comfortable No sagging Still in the same shape... Comes with 10 years warranty... "No ortho mattress should be soft" And If it's soft then it's not an Ortho mattress!!

Bodyweight vs Mattress height is only for the spring mattress. Not for foam/latex mattresses. It's obvious foam becomes softer day by day. If More hight mattress would be more softer. You said it right, me too watched their promo video but I wasn't satisfied. I work abroad and have seen foam factories and even I had purchase customised foam which was made in to a finished mattresses. I will for sure don't buy this product. Most of the customers who blindly believe them watching their videos and reviews. If someone use his common sense or if he has a technical way of thinking will never buy this. This can be improved only by using a high density form in between as multiple layers but as you mentioned it cannot be compressed for packing because the high density forms contains more rubber based material which will break when compressed. I am too facing similar issues and also got the same replys from customer care when I explained them my back pain issue. This bed increased my back pain in 28 days. Now they asked me to use it from the grey side for next 20 days. The bed get heated too much not sure why due to which sleeping on it is uncomfortable. Worst product which I have purchase. Bahut sahi feedback dia h apne! I had rented same mattress from rentomojo and i had experienced same … it use to go inside whenever i use to sit on it.. i couldnt keep my food n eat .. becuase there were high chances of spillage.. i cant recommend this to anyone!

I had same experience with sleepycat also. Both sides were soft, but mine 30 days were gone while trying to adjust on the mattress. Now am stuck with this very soft mattress.
