Best explanation one could get. Mere do concern hai, one is that I have fibromyalgia disease and I can't bear heat so wanted to know how normal people are feeling. Secondly jab ac service karna ho toh mattress uthana padta hai but ye mattress ek aadmi nahin utha payega, right? Aap kaise manage karte ho? For normal people Temperature is normal sir. Aur aap AC chalate ho room me tb to koi problem nhi hogi. Aur isko hatane ke liye, isko ek side se pakad ke khiska dijiye. Fir usko diwal se lgakar khada kar dijiye dijiye.

Hey kitneh din ho gye use karteh karteh...aur back support kaisa lgah..kyuki 20-25 fin toh adjust karneh me lagteh hai, so ushke baad kaisa hai back support

1 year 2 months ho gye use karte huye. Back support achha hai jaise phle tha waise hi hai. Par ye mere liye achha hai. Meri bdi bahan ko lower back pain ki problem hai 15-20 saal se. To unka back pain shuru ho jata hai jab use karti hain, doctor ne unhe firm mattress suggest kiya hai.

Kuchh din use karne pe sare mattress halka sa soft hote hain. Ye ek natural process hai isko break in bola jata hai. Aur memory foam mattress temperature sensitive hote hain. Matlab high temperature pe ye viscous aur flexible ho jate hain aur low temperature pe firm.

Let me begin this by saying that we have ordered not only this wardrobe, but our bed frame, mattress, mattress cover, and sofa cum bed from Wakefit, totaling ***57,000 INR***. We ordered our wardrobe on 17th May. Shortly thereafter, we received a call from Wakefit letting us know that there was a "logistical issue" with our order and they had to reorder had to be placed through their website. Delivery was now expected on 11th June. This was an almost 1 month delay which forced us to cancel a visit from family, as we could not unpack any of our belongings after moving into our flat. Wakefit ensured that they would expedite our delivery but the opposite happened. Our order status was updated to show delivery on 12th June. However, on 12th June, we received no order and no communications from Wakefit. On 13th June, we called Wakefit and they said the product had been damaged during delivery and ensured that a replacement would be delivered within 48 hours. On 14th June, again, we received no delivery and no communications from Wakefit. On 15th June, we called again. Wakefit told us that their delivery partner called both phone numbers associated with the account and didn't receive an answer from either. They also claimed that were denied at apartment security. However, this is not possible. Both numbers were working properly and received other calls throughout the day. Neither number received any calls from Wakefit on the 14th. Furthermore, we spoke with apartment security, who confirmed that no one arrived for our delivery yesterday and that no deliveries are ever denied by security. This means that either the customer service representative and/or the delivery partners were directly lying to us. After delaying an order for almost a month, especially for a loyal client that had already given over half a lakh to their company, we are extremely disappointed with Wakefit's service. We have called our order and strongly recommend against buying any products from this disorganized, disrespectful, and dishonest company.

Sir kuchh logo ke liye thik tha aur kuchh ke liye bura. To pahle aap cotton mattress pe sokar dekho ki firm mattress se apko aram milta hai ki nhi. Agar uspar sone se aram milta hai to firm mattress lo aur agar aram nhi milta to aap ise try kar sakte ho. Kuchh logo ka ye bhi kahna hai ki ye bhut soft hai. Waise aap offline me Sleepwell ka feather foam sporty le sakte hain wo back pain ke liye achha mattress hai.

Online Mattress r Cheaper so i think people attract more to it. Most of the online Mattress those r Orthopedic r just selling the High Density Foam mattress instead of BONDED Foam which is the Proper orth Foam. So i always recommended to Buy mattress off line so before u buy u may feel the Comfort. Buying a mattress with just few Details & cheaper price is waste of Money.

You're right sir online mattresses are cheaper than offline mattresses. But in orthopaedic mattresses they are not just selling High density foam these foam are also high resilience(high response) foam that make these mattresses highly durable and that's why you get 10 year warranty. In offline mattresses you will not get that long warranty in affordable cost. Just because online mattresses are cheaper most of the people can afford these mattresses. And do not need to change afrer 3-4 year. My weight is 77 kg and right now I am also using Sleepwell Sporty feather foam from last 1 year which costs around 17k rs. And only give 4 year warranty. If I use it regularly it will sag in middle after 3-4 year because I feel it's sagging little bit. For ortho and firmness need everyone's choice is different what they want. Some people want firm feel some want soft feel. For some people this mattress is firm for some it's soft so that's depend what they want. And If you want to feel mattresses then buy from there website, most online mattress brands give 100 night return policy. So use 1 month if not liked the feel return it. Bhai aap offline lait kar check bhi kar lo fir bhi jab you'll buy and sleep on any mattress you can feel discomfort if it's not suitable for you. Us time pe sab achhe lagte hain

Wakefit ka khud ka delivery system bhut bekar hai. Achhe delivery experience ke liye aap Amazon, flipkart se purchase karo, par agar mattress me koi problem hoti hai to 10 din ke andar hi return bhi kar do.

Sir agar apne foam mattress use kiya hai to jitna foam mattress heat produce karte hain usse kam hi heat produce karta hai. When new, In hot summer days you can feal heat, but after using some days it becomes normal.

Delivery service is good & I don't know if wakefit called the owner or not, I'll ask them and then tell you. You will get 10 years warranty if the mattress sags more than 1 inch while used properly. We all know that foam mattresses produce heat, but this mattress produces less heat than the foam mattresses I used before. Heating will be a problem for you if you are sweating a lot in summer otherwise it will be okay.

As I said in the video, this mattress is owned by my relative. Recently I visited their place and stayed for 1 night. So after 2 months, there is no sinking, it's the same as new.

Mere kahne ka matlab ye tha ki apke back pain ke aur bhi reasons ho sakte hain. Aur ho sakta hai ki ye mattress apke liye jyada soft ho ya jyada hard ho. Jaruri nhi h ki mujhe achha lga to apko bhi achha lge. Kisi ko achha lgta hai kisi ko bekar lgta hai sabki apni personal preference hai.

My horror story with a wakefit product. I ordered a premium wakefit memory foam mattress when there was no experience centre or a well known brand. Wakefit delivered me a defective product with messed up foam layers. I realised it only after checking the same in the #Wakefit experience centre. First wakefit accepted the mistake and then smartly denied the warranty claim. I have ended up wasting my hard earned money. Beware of ordering any wakefit product or purchase at your own risk. We have many competitive players in the market now with humble after sales support. My journey with wakefit ends here and is not recommended.

Sir WakeFit has an entire foam structure, so sleeping on it is hotter than sleeping on the Sleep company smart grid mattress. And Smart Grid mattress's grid can be damaged over time and you may not feel it smooth for sleep. And this mattress is costly. Both are good for back pain as both are orthopedic mattresses. Shoulder pain (Upper back) happens due to poor sitting posture. Please do some stretching exercises for the upper back.

Aap kis liye purchase karna chahte ho? Agar budget me durable chahte hain to isko lijiye. Aur agar budget ka koi issue nhi hai to bonded foam le sakte hain. Bonded foam wale mattress 3-4 years me saggy hone lgte hain especially agar aapka weight jyada h to.

Sir ye mattress medium soft aur medium firm hai. Maine soft aur firm word ek sath isliye use kiya kyuki agar ye sirf medium soft hota to ispar letne par ye sink ho jata par aisa nhi hai. Ye spine ko achha support bhi deta hai aur body ke shape ko bhi adopt karta hai.

Don't buy this mattress, I bought duo plus mattress; paid 8000rs for single, after using this mattress back pain started. I suggest you all; Better go to the local store & buy a soft mattress. I want my refund from wakefit. Many times I chat with customer support but Wakefit is forcing me to use the mattress for 25 days, but I am unable to tolerate it every night because of pain. This is kind of punishment for me now.

Sir, firstly I want to tell you that this is not Duo Plus mattress, it is orthopedic mattress. Yes people who want firm mattress will find this mattress soft. And to refund the duo plus mattress why you listen to customer care. Tell them the mattress is very soft and cause back pain to you and force them to return the product. They have to return it.

Be honest 🙏 already my mattress return & refunded. Suggestions to all - do not watch videos to buy it, please visit the store before ordering. Please don't mind Sir, but I hadn't share any false details. I shared what I feel. And it's more than 1 year this mattress is used by a couple. Where the man find this mattress very comfortable and woman find it uncomfortable because of back pain(lower back pain problem from many years, it is too soft for her, doctor recommended her to use firm mattress). Can you tell me you find this mattress firm or soft??

Ispar letne se sabko back pain hoga ye jaruri nhi hai. Mere pass ek hard wala bhi hai wo hard hai aajkal uspar letne se hone lga hai. Sabki preference aur body weight alag alag hoti hai to kuchh logo ke liye yhi bhut soft hai kuchh ke liye hard.

In all weather sir. Summer me to Waise bhi cooler aur AC me rhta hu to garmi nhi lgti. Aur is samay bhi bina fan chalaye aram se so leta hu koi problem nhi hoti.
