It's a lifestyle change for sure. I wake up everyday except Sunday at 430am, and go straight to the gym, then work and home. You can say I don't have a social life haha

The reason why you were tired is because you went to sleep at 11:30 and woke up at 5, that's not enough sleep, 1.5h less and if you workout you might need to sleep more. You need to catch up on that sleep, and go to sleep earlier and maybe sleep 9hours or 10hours and it won't hurt if you sleep till 6 or 7am, if you get tired etc you'll fall alseep as usual. And it takes about 30days for this to be a habit, at least it was for me.
