i have a huuuuge family that i always see on christmas, but this year we're just doing a day long zoom call because of the lockdown in toronto. so it'll be really different but we're gonna make the most out of it!✨ and like most people, we've just been shipping gifts directly to others so i've barely had to do any christmas wrapping 😂 stay safe & healthy 💕

I’m gonna be honest, I hate waking up early. Just the waking up part. Afterwards, once I’ve gotten downstairs for my workout, I love it, but waking up before the sun rises is so disheartening. I wake up at 5:30, and the sun rises at 8:30 here ahhh

There are certain moments that are a lot heavier than others, but overall there’s a very positive theme to wrap up the book. However it does deal with very sensitive events so I would say it might be triggering but it’s super educational if you’re able to get through it! 🥺
