DISCLAIMER: SORRY FOR SOME WOBBLY FOOTAGE AT PORTH WEN BRICKWORKS, I DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED BUT IT DOES NOT LAST FOR LONG, AND ITS A BIT DODGY AGAIN NEAR THE END DUE TO THE GOPRO RUNNING OUT OF JUICE, HAD TO GO BACK TO MOBILE PHONE RECORDING.
Another section of the Wales Coast Path/ Anglesey Coast Path walked. We continue from where we left off at the end of Quay Street in Port Amlwch and make our way along the rugged coastline to Cemaes Bay, passing Bull Bay, Porth Wen Brickworks and an old china works (Llanlleiana porcelain works) along the way. There are hills and we even spot some marine wildlife on our coastal walk. Finishing this section at the bottom of Cemaes Bay High Street.

That was a fav walk of ours Andy and we love Cemaes Bay so much and you got great footage in the sunshine and capturing the dolphins must have been a real treat. Loved seeing Middle Mouse Island . This to us is one of our favourites :) ~ Anna 👍

This was so nice, loved exploring with you and going on this walk. Looks like a wonderful seaside town :) the views of the ocean and rocks with the bronze colouring looks so dramatic and beautiful :) some of those coastlines are out of this world! loved going on this wonderful walk with you :) I loved the ruins!

Thank you for coming along. It was the hardest section of the Wales Coast Path we have done so far with a few very steep hills but also one of the most memorable.The old Brickworks ruins were amazing but the footage was all wobbly, not sure what happened there. Thank you for watching. 👍👍

my comment seems to have disappeared. Another cracking video Webby and thank you for the mention. Im coming down to Anglesey tomorrow (Sunday) for a few days. Golfing tomorrow as no buses on the walking route. Monday going from Port Amlych to Church Bay or thereanouts. Tuesday Church Bay to Holyhead.

I'm hopefully walking tomorrow after the rain, from Camaes Bay to a nature reserve and back, Then Monday weather permitting from the nature reserve to about half way to Church Bay and back. I will look out for you 🤗🤗🤗. Would be great to see you on the route. Thank you for watching as well. ✅✅

Webby..where we came iff the beach yesterday..i just had to cross anothrr 100 yards yesterday then you come off on to the road down to the caravan park. There was another beach walk but tide nowhere near ss far in. Only other part to consider the tide is approaching Stanley Embankment. If low tide its a rocky beach .otherwise the road.

Thank you John I might have a go at that bit tomorrow, we walked back up the track but it just ended at a field, so we had to climb a gate and walk through a field to get back on the path, still did not find my hat, lol

Pleased to finally see this! The old Bull Bay Hotel has now gone though... Demolished about 4 weeks ago sadly. Great to see Porth Wen. I was trying to spot who was in the kayak group! You certainly had great weather. When do you walk the next section?

Did Port Amlych to Church Bay yesterday (Monday) Andy. Boy was that tough. Really difficult walk to Cemaes Bay especially descending down to Porcelain Works. Walk from Cemeas Bay to Church way easier walk but nowhere near as interesting. Signs not too great down the westerly bit and took the wrong path inland past a partridge grouse farm and finally found my way back to coast. Didnt see gou on the route obviously. Too knackered for next leg from Church Bay to Holyhead .leaving that till tomorrow (Wednesday) .Golf at Holyhead today to keep the legs from seizing up

I read the path was closed after Cemlyn, we only walked to the chimney at Carmel Point. Was going to miss the next section as it's supposed to be closed until Feb next year, was going to walk From Church Bay instead but we won't make it anywhere near Holyhead. Got the Wife and Daughter at our caravan so don't want to be out all day. I looked out for you today. Look forward to seeing your videos.

@@WebbysWalks I did have to climb under an electric fence .walk through fields and missed a small part of the coastal section. Ripped my old trainers to bits. Got to get bus to Llanfaethlu then 2.2 mile walk down the road to Church Bay before I start. Should be walking from Church Bay around 9 am

@@SmithyGolfandSmithyWalks Weather permitting, I might see you tomorrow if we can get up early enough and out. Need to find parking. We will probably just head to the caravan park a few miles south. You were probably diverted as a sign said the path was closed after the path turns South on the way to Church Bay.

@@SmithyGolfandSmithyWalks It was a small sign to be fair. I asked someone walking the trail who was local, he said it was closed as they do shoots. There was a diversion but it looked quite long. I will have to come back to that section next year now. Gutted.
