LiSA is not 49 lmaoo, she's born in 1987, she is 36 years old, the one aged 49 in the google search you saw is someone else not the actual LiSA. But the point is still correct, she looks younger than her age

The casting of what band or singer does the opening or ending songs in anime often is up to the director of the anime (because he is the one in charge of the artistic direction of the show) and the producer (who is the one that gathers all the recourses and makes sure the production is running on time and according to the budget). Sometimes if a label or music company sponsors the anime (for example: Sony Music) depending on the contract it can say that an artist of that label should be the one to sing but the final decision on what artist is chosen is generally up to the director and producer of the anime that choose the one they like or the one who fits the anime and they can also sometime give suggestions to the artists for how they want the song to sound.

but at the end of the day the director will favor the opinion of their sponsors as Anime doesnt get a lot of them big sponsers

@@Myst_Rex Yes it is usually the case when anime is sponsored by big music labels, PonyCanyon, Sony Music are the most prominent and they would of course lobby to have their artists in the anime but the role of the Producer is to negociate with them and choose the artist who is adapted for the anime and then of course they would need that artist to accept the deal. Music labels don't have much to gain on forcing their opinion on the director, they generally just come to an agreement that benefits both parties, since a good anime can make the song popular and thus increase its sales and a good opening song can also help make an anime more popular. Keep in mind not all anime is financed by music labels and in the ones that don't the entire decision comes to the director and producer, like Chainsaw man for example it was fully financed by the studio and so they had all the freedom to call in a different artist to make an ending song for each episode.

I heard that One Ok Rock didn't want their song in anime because they want to be known as a great band in the world solely for their musicianship's quality, not as a band who is getting popular just because of the anime they're in (we know that anime is one of the strongest image of Japan). Either way is okay though, it's just the difference in marketing strategy. OOR didn't make anime song, but some of their songs actually used in Live Action Movies of manga/anime, eg: - Rurouni Kenshin : The Beginning, Mighty Long Fall, Heartache, Renegades, Broken Heart of Gold - Kingdom : Wasted Nights - Museum : Taking Off and many more In the October 2023, for the first time in history, their song "Prove" from Luxury Disease album is used for anime "Beyblade X" opening song. Don't know what will happen in the future. Tbh, i also want them to make an opening song for strong anime like Jujutsu Kaisen🥲

Sora Amamiya is a voice actress, so the sweet-type of singing at the start is because she's singing as the character. 7:26 'I bet they all die' I'm here to spoil you but no one is dying in that anime LOL it isn't that kind of story lol also yeah 'ii' means 'good' and you have to elongate the E sound because it's to 'i'

*Lisa's Gurenge is no.1 for me and I'm not saying it just because the anime is so popular, no. Her raw vocal prowess really excelled on her first take. When I hear First Take, that performance of hers come to my mind instantly. Ano Hana should be no. 2 'cause the amount of emotions those 2 put when singing are just top-notch. Then 3rd would be a tie between Haikyuu's Toppakou and That Demon Slayer op sang by the wolf and the girl. xD*
