The written instructions were great- we didn't need to watch the videos, but it was good knowing that the option was there if we needed it. After we were able to get it set up, the boys each rode 3 miles and I rode 8 and the bike stayed quiet. The display is easy to reset, and you can put it on whichever setting you are using (time, distance, calories, etc). I will say that my butt is a little sore from the seat, but that could be because I haven't rode in a while. While it is comfortable for me, it was not comfortable with the seat position for my friend (could not move the seat back far enough and he slightly looked like a kid riding a tricycle that he had outgrown). He also said that the seat hurt his manly parts. We are going to look for a different seat that will be compatible with this bike for him.I did purchase the Wahoo Cadence sensor and strapped it to the crank of one of the pedals. This will sync with my Apple Watch, iPhone and will import data in to my Health app. Wahoo does have other sensors available other than cadence. I can also keep either my phone or my iPad on the display and they both feel pretty secure.

For safety, DO NOT forget to see how to ajust tension on the belt and make sure it is properly set.

Almost got it apart now after 90 min. and hidden screws not mentioned in the instructions or video. You will need a socket wrench set/ or an adjustable wrench. Also the front roller bolt is a hex and there isn’t enough room for the effing tool!!!! Calling service to put this GD thing back together!

I need a belly pan replacement video for the 2020 treadmill so bad. It looks so complicated and the people that handle the extended warranty are a joke. I've got a replacement belly pan, and no idea how to do it. You just can't get a tech with that warranty. Don't buy it, or the treadmill for that matter. Great when it works, on your own if something major goes wrong.

By now, everyone should have understood it’s easier to do a proper maintenance on a threadmill with your sport gear on. Including the running shoes. I guess that’s why my belt kept slipping last time I lubed it.

That's a really odd choice of clothing to wear to change a treadmill belt. So much sharp metal edges - likely to scratch up your legs somethign fierce! I mean she's practically naked!... don't think the customer would be very comfortable if she showed up at their house dressed like that to do work...And why is some dude voicing the instruction when she's obviously the tech who knows the job - why isnt she explaining what to do??? You didnt just hire some girl with a hot bod to pretend to be a treadmill repair tech just to make the video sexy did you? that would be so wierd.
