Cool channel. Here in Queens NYC many people have to walk alot. I walk about 2 miles daily including stairs and a few hills. I notice some people lose weight at first then plateau because they adapt to it. Stair climbing is my favorite exercise.

How do you lose fat by walking but not lose weight?

One will follow the other, but you can simultaneously lose fat while building muscle, which will make the scale appear virtually unchanged, but the body looks and feels different.
