Dorian Yates..one of my all time favourite bodybuilder.. The Shadow..he doesn't care what others do,doesn't care how other prepare for a show,doesn't chose short cuts... He cares only what he can do to be better,how to improve his physique.. I believe thats the best path to success...

A close friend went to an Expo in germany and I had requested a favor that if in case he should run into Dorian Yates that he should tell him about me and the shit I was going through with my injuries. He instead sent a video recording a message from Yates telling me to Get my shit together and be patient and that Injuries are a part of all this. I'm back to training since last week and everyday I watch that video recording before I hit the gym.

Yes agreed on that. Both similar age (I think Ronnie is two years younger) and if Yates had avoided injuries then he would’ve continued to dominate. Ronnie never got close to beating Dorian when they both stood on stage together.
