con: - they cant climb trees - they cant scratch their neck (or generally do anything that concerns their back ...) - they squish their balls between all the muscles in the leg when sit in tight chairs where they cant spread them legs (busses , train , airplaine , etc) - they overly use up their joints, stress their inner organs (heart needs to push the blood harder through the veins, kidney and liver are getting squished beneath the muscle mass and have to save fat / keep all the body mass nontoxic, etc) - they spent so much time every day that is lost to achieve to be like this - im gonna claim they all eat their unbalanced diets +- steroids. with a balanced diet and without a genetic defect/steroids you will never look like this no matter how much you train. - they overheat more easily in the summer - they cant run fast - the cant do any agile sports. try to do a high kick with that much muscle on your leg ? im just gonna claim that wont work - for the norm like me their overly muscled bodies actually look pretty disgusting (looks ill / like tissue that shouldnt be there , just about to plop and siff) - how do you sleep like that ? only on your back ? cant imagine them lying on their side and still feeling well enough to sleep - clothes are harder to find - all the weight they accumulated may be muscle mass but have you ever walked around 3 miles while carrying smth heavy ? the skin on your feet and the bones your joints are made of wont get any stronger at some point no matter how much you train (bone density and horn skin can only puffer a bit, not this extremism) _> shorter life span , higher medical expenses with increasing age. pro: - you get respected by most man around you - you might not lose in any close range fights with the average guy - probably pretty self confident - thats it , isnt it ? maybe you can make money of your body as a male without doing anything sexual or looking gay (models)? im mean according to the likes and since prob only same minded people will even look this up, im a minority with my opinion here , but i really dont get why you would want to be like them. nothing against a well trained body, but this is just against nature. if you look like these guys and have smth to say to the cons , feel free to do so, if you have other pros , tell me im interested as to why people decide to go to such extremes. i for myself decided to never eat any non-food ingredients and stopped at 10 kg weights (for each hand) / and my own body weight to train and instead increase repetitions. ( you still get rid of the body fat , its better for any joints and any activity you do in life and you stop growing muscles your body a) wasnt made for and b) doesent need.
