23:25 I used to live upstairs in the middle building, with the three arches and tile roof. There is beach access at the end of Sunset Avenue, and I would swim there. It was a very quiet beach. There was a French pâtisserie nearby where I would indulge my fondness for fresh croissants and espresso in the morning. I worked at the antique shop downstairs. That was sixteen yeas ago. 23:51 Yeas ago this was Testa's Restaurant. 30:49 Back in the 70s I lived on a boat at a dock that was at the end of the condo on the right, on the other side of the park. We were restoring the old wooden boat, so we were pretty broke, but it was good times!

As a youngster, I would go for a drive from Miami to Palm Beach (on this very road), with friends and go to lunch in one of the many restaurants there. We would have our bathing suits on and beach gear in case we wanted to stop at one of the many beautiful beaches along the way. The entire drive was a tropical magical experience. There is only one PALM BEACH. It is beautiful, exciting, flamboyant and most people can visit and have a wonderful time.

Brightline funding was not pulled. It’s still under construction and it will eventually go all the way to Orlando International airport. The best thing is it is privately funded.

Awww you left the golf side and went back to the Miami area 😪 Spring breakers will be there soon even though Florida told them to go to Las Vegas 😂 Miami don’t want them there breaking rules. There is one beach in Florida that closed down for spring break. Go north my friend. St Augustine is awesome 🤩
