In 2019 I was extremely overweight and couldn't even walk a mile with out huffing and puffing. This very video is what introduced me in to exercising. 4yrs later I am 100lbs down and I consider walking a mile easy. I since have moved on to other exercise instructors but I just started using your exercise videos again. So wherever you are starting at don't lose faith. Just put on foot in front of the other. I always recommend these videos to people.

I'm severely obese and out of shape, but I made the decision to start exercising. I barely made it through this video and in a few parts all I could do was walk, but I did it! I'm so proud of myself. I'll be doing this again tomorrow

This has become my everyday routine and as a 62 year old man who doesn't really exercise a lot, this helps to keep me flexible and my muscles feeling great. And the 15 minute walk seems to be just enough and I can do this in my own living room without having to go outside in the elements or worry about dogs chasing after me. Ha! Thanks to the walking team for our walk everyday. You have become my walking family.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Leslie and her team. I am an overweight 50 something woman from Ireland with arthritis in my limbs most due to the pressure from body shape of heavy thighs and arms. Since lockdown I decided it’s time to try and do something about it and went in search online. I was so fortunate to come upon this 15min walk and the fantastic motivation within it and am now able to move parts of my body that were once seized up and painful. I wanted a gym membership but honestly i cant afford, time plus gas and babysitting 😫, BUT THESE VIDEOS HAVE GIVEN ME ALOT OF HOPE AND WELLNESS! Update: I’m now 40 days into doing Leslie’s Walks at Home. This is still my favourite mile. I love when she says “Your head will feel good!”... and she’s telling the truth! I was having such a rough time when I found this video, and now, 40 days later, I’ve lost 15lbs and I’m feeling so much stronger and more in control of my life. The first day I tried this, I could barely make it through 3 minutes of exercise - now I can do 45min+ and feel great when I’m done. Thank you so much for making these videos available on KZfaq, Leslie. You’ve changed my life more than words can even express. Original post: I just did this not once but twice. Hurt a lot the first time cuz 1) I have fibromyalgia and hip problems, 2) I am extremely out of shape and haven’t exercised in years and 3) I am nine months post partum and my body is still holding on to extra weight in the midsection. But 10 mins after I finished, the body high kicked in and I was able to do the walk again. Thanks Leslie!

That's great! Inspired that you started at 3 min and now at 45!! I'm just beginning and can barely get to 5 minutes before my legs/lungs tell me to Quit! Hoping to improve as time goes on. Right now I'm doing 5 min twice per day; next week hoping to make that 6-8 min 3 times per day. Thank you for the inspiration. Like seriously this is the best workout video. It doesn't even feel like a 15 min workout! This is such a blessing to me and (as someone else mentioned) it doesn't have men and women trying to flaunt and attract the wrong attention. I smile every time I watch.

You know what I love about Leslie? She's real. She not wearing skimpy clothes. She's not trying to show off her body. Most of the women in these videos dress like they trying to attract men. She's direct and on point. Great video!

Hi, d Jackson....I understand what you're saying but truly, the spandex workout attire are actually more comfortable for working out. I even wear them for working out in because they allow for greater movement with no restrictions on how far we need to raise our legs or stretch, etc... And I only work out at HOME! haha (Haven't had a gym membership in YEARS!) I agree with you that there may be SOME women who dress for the reasons you stated. But by and large, the aerobic attire is made especially for FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT....Heck, even MEN wear them for their comfort and ease of movement. Come to think of it....even those in ballet and gymnastics, too! It's all about comfort and ease/freedom of movement. Exercise, like ballet, dance and gymnastics is just another activity that benefits from clothes that allow freedom of movement. Take care :)

1 mile walk beginners 2 mile intermediate 3 mile advanced And than If needed 5 min belly blasting walk. Eat healthy, drink 5 lt. Water, be happy, enjoy life. And that's it. Thanks so much Leslie Sansone. 👍 Keep walking friends.

For many years I began to do this exercise, it helped me lose weight a lot. Then I stopped doing it, and today March, 27 2021 I return to my exercise routine with Leslie Samsom I need to lose 35 pounds. in 1 month I return to let you know how I am doing ❤️🏋️‍♂️

I did these workouts in Jan 2023 when I had covid (when isolating was a legal requirement in my country). I was feeling well and these workouts saved my sanity back then. I'm a daily walker & when it's too rainy for me, I do one of these workouts instead! 5 mile nature walk yesterday & today a 1 mile walk at home & 1 hour fitness class this later this evening.

Leslie, I started walking 2 miles a day when I was 50. I did that for twenty years and then hip surgery changed that for a while. I recently found your video, and have been doing this for a week.. I feel great! thank you so much. and honest I am now 81.

Our family of 9 does this walk almost every morning. Dad, Mom (pregnant with baby #10) and 7 children at home. It's a great family friendly workout.

Im already seeing results after a week of walking but I always do at least 30 min a day and drink a lot of water. Plus my 9 year old is losing weight after walking with Leslie for one week what a relief from high impact cardio exercise has really changed. Its not about heart rate anymore its about getting up off the sofa and moving around daily to get and stay in shape

I just starting walking 1 mile every day since January 1st. I just walked with this video on 1/4/2019. My stomach was hurting a bit and I wasn't feeling very good before I started, but after exercise it stopped. You just never know how it will help! Just when I thought I needed to skip because I wasn't feeling good, it was the very thing I needed to do! I feel better today for exercising! Thank you Walk at Home!

@@Shadow7Vrede Scusa, non potevo saperlo, io ho una disabilità dell'85%, ma mi muovo nei miei limiti, ballicchio e nuoto, anche se adesso la piscina è off limits, in pratica cerco di darmi da fare lo stesso di godermi un pò la vita e adesso stare in casa non aiuta nessuno.La musica aiuta molto soprattutto se ascolti quella che ti piace di più. Found the channel when I was in lockdown and needing something to get moving through the days. Sure I've discovered countless at-home workout videos, but there is something special with this one. I have been walking with Leslie and her gang for at least five years. What a great way to start the day and beat stress or depression. I have enjoyed seeing the transformations of the studio and getting to know all the others, such as Rocky, Melvin, dancing Steve, Nadia, Wendy and of course Nick. I am running out of new videos to walk with and will start from the bottom of the list all over again. Even te boosted and weight walks are enjoyable for me at the age of 70. It's my dream to travel to Leslie's studio one day and walk with her and her gang, who I feel are my friends.

Recently got detected with heavy fats and triglycerides and very high cholesterol, doctor has recommended to walk for an hour or 2 everyday, but i cant as its a pandemic and monsoon season in India, so today i started with this video 1 mile walk. I enjoyed a lot.. thanks a ton.. will continue this forever now and will recommend it to my friends and family as well. loads of love to the team. 😊😊😊😊

i cried of happiness when she said "we did it!" bc i was genuinely so surprised that it ended before i realized,i cried of happiness bc this was genuinely so fun and i never finish a workout but i finished this one and i just wish the best for this woman and everybody in her video,i sweated buckets and enjoyed every second of it,working out has never been this fun.im so proud of my self and i will be doing this along with 2 other workouts daily from now on.

Her class where they're wearing pink shoes is where I started. It's:30 but an easier pace, which I'm doing for 14 days. Then I'll move up. But, yea, corona lead me here.... Started feeling real stiff and crunchy!😁

This is really great! I try to walk every day, at least five times a week I do. Eat around 1 400 calories a day, and really hope I will loose some weight and tone my body. You inspired me by sharing your experience. Good luck!

I have been doing HIIT workout during pandemic and been loosing 13 kilos, shaping muscle and getting my dream body. But this HIIT after 1 year of doing it seems giving stress to my body and mind, and was even messing up with my period too. I started doing this happy walk twice a day every day already 3 weeks and it makes me happy again with workout. Its so light comparing with HIIT but this workout if we do it first thing in the morning on empty stomache, it will shed our fat directly. Thank you, Leslie❤
