As a climber and carpenter you have to constantly setup and be thinking 3 steps head. Same here. These are great life skills.

catching the ball and setting it down will 100% take you more time (and energy) than maybe (!) having to "go get it" in the next set. It's a wall ball not a balloon. It drops down and stays in place
