I planned on doing something similar for a glitter accent wall in my bedroom but we are moving in a couple months so will wait until we are settled.

Just an idea - instead of craft foam, using rigid foam insulation sheets might give a smoother surface. They are 4x8 so it's probably faster, to put up, too, but some stores will cut it for you if you need to fit it in a car. Or you could bring an X-acto knife and straight edge with you and just cut it yourself in the parking lot. It cuts really easy - just slice it halfway through and it'll snap off cleanly. I hope this helps someone!

I really do love everyone of your projects i use to do art paint on carpet pieces, floral arrangements weddings, catering and sewing Because of life illnesses i stop doing what made me happy. THANKKKKK YOUUU FOR POSTING THIS!! I was really racking my brain about applying the contact paper directly on my wall because it isn’t a flat surface and this has helped me tremendously! I didn’t think of applying foam boards or anything on the walls before applying the contact paper. Can’t wait until I’m done decorating, organizing, and rearranging. I love the idea of using those plates like that! Reminds me of when I once used plastic garden edging as an ornate (faux) wood carving design in a bedroom. After I cut the bottom part off, spray painted it, and flipped it upside down, you'd have NEVER known what it was. Saved hundreds of $. I felt like my genius level was through the roof for that one. 😆

This is absolutely geniUs! Omg. The foam boars are ideal, especially when you're renting space or you change your style up often.... Or in my case, lol, when I don't know what style speaks to my character and culture. This is amazing. Thank you for doing this video. I've been in the dumps for a while and making things brings me joy. This is exactly what I needed to see today. I live in a apartment so I can’t paint my walls. I have been looking everywhere for something I could do to these boring white walls. I found you by accident and I’m so glad I did! I’m doing my wall just like you have and I have one of those plastic three drawer things I must use, it’s so ugly but then again I’m going to fix mine like you did. Say a prayer for me! 🤞

Beautiful as always..... I can’t believe your lights on the mirrors are still holding with the command strips, I’ve told you in the past about command strips are rubbish in the UK. Just toda I thought I would give them another try, my daughter had bought us a world map on three light frames with the map printed on canvas. Each part weighed less than half a pound. I used 3 command strips on each of the 3 canvases, one each side at the top, and one across the bottom. Each of these strips can hold 16Ibs, it says on the packaging and I have 3 on each of the less than half pound frame.they hadn’t been up 30 minutes and one fell down then another, now we are following the instructions to the letter. My husband has now put nails in the wall to hold the frames. Those command strips should have held with just one on the frame. Thanks for listening, it’s just so frustrating 💐💐💐💐💐

Oh no!😱 That is not good 😔. The only time I have had a bad experience with command strips was when I kept touching it over and over before attaching it to the surface. Since then I noticed that they work perfectly fine when there is no contact to the exposed command strip and the surface to which it will be applied to. It is really important to remember these tips as it has helped me a lot. Yes, the sconces that I attached to the mirrors are still holding up pretty well and this is because i made sure that the mirror was properly cleaned and the surface of the expose command strip was not touch by my hand. I hope this helps 🤗💕💕💕

You probably will have better success if you get the “Bath” or “Outdoor” 3M command strips if the humidity is high in your place - we used to use the regular command strips with great success but we recently moved less than a mile from a bayou and none of the regular ones stay up overnight! Got the Bath versions and no problems!

nice looking brushed nickel finish with multiple water spray options Our master bathroom has a standing shower with handheld shower head. We started to see some rust spots in the hose not to mention heavy mineral built ups in the shower head because our house has very hard water despite water softener we have. My wife picked out this handheld shower head to replace our old one because she loves the brush nickel finish to match our bathroom decors but this turned out to be very impressive handheld shower head. Although I have replaced shower heads many times in the past, it came with nice instruction on how to replace it for those who's not familiar with it. My only advise would be to use wrench to hold the base spout when removing and installing the holding adapter so you don't accidently twist and damage the base pipe when you over tighten it. I really appreciate that it came with plenty of plumber's tape because you really want to put that on before connecting different parts so that there's no water leak in between threads. This is one of most common mistakes and reasons why there's leak after installing it. Very happy to see that they have provided plumber's tape to remind you to use it! It also had rubber rings/washers in each connector but it also came with extra one, which is nice. They also included a shower drain cover to prevent hair from going in to the drainage, which is a nice bonus. I really love the brush nickel finish, which makes it look elegant and expensive. The 7 different water spray setting is nice to have so you can change it for different purpose. We will most likely leave it on one setting for most of the times but it's nice to have option to change it when needed, such as jet spray for cleaning the shower wall, etc. After replacing the shower head, I didn't see any leak and the stainless steel hose feels sturdy. I also like that I can rotate and tilt the shower head holder and it stays in place. Overall, very happy with this shower head! amzn.to/3gVZIrH ( AMAZON -US )
