Amen on the catch and release! Fishing pressure seams to be 10 fold everywhere. The technology is definitely making it easier for the average Joe to wipe out a lake. We do need to be mindful conservationist! Thanks for what you do Tom and Mitch!

We need to ban this tech in smaller lakes and lakes not as fertile. Fishing is supposed to be a challenge, not drive around the lake looking at electronics. Albeit the tech is impressive, it is not worth it as a product because most will abuse it and fisheries We all know this!

Liked the "spot and stalk" hunting reference for the live! Helps to give it a better reference to something I'm familiar with because I haven't used the 360 or live units before. Great Video!

Thanks for the info, I have been debating the two technologies to see which one best fits my fishing style since the technology is not cheap and as a weekend warrior fisherman buying both at the same time is a hard sell to the wife. The one thing that wasn't touched on was the mounting systems for the Live and the 360. The mounting system seems to be just as big of a discussion from what I've been seeing. TIA and Tight Lines!

You guys have thoroughly covered when, where and how to find walleye. Something I haven't heard you mention much is associations of other species. I have days where tried and true walleye spots are overrun with small mouth. Are the walleye still there, or have they moved off?

@@MrJoetickner I wish I had answer for you. My dealer told me in April that it would be be this summer on a first come first serve basis. Which put me at about #85. Now they say maybe late fall or early 2023. So not holding my breath.

Great content as usual guys,,,, I have used Humminbird products fishing the great lakes for 15+ years so 360 and mega live may not be in my future fishing deep water ,,,,, But have you ever done a video showcasing auto chart option on your hummers ????,,, I find it usefull for charting the St Louis river since the 2012 flooding changed a lot of the structure

Last year when you got the 360 you talked about being able to tell the distance and where to pitch it. I get that live gives a real time of that area but if something is 40ft out the 360 would show the exact thing too, right?

This video has convinced me not to buy a Mega 360. @8:27 if that is showing a weed edge by your finger then this tool is useless to me. There is nothing by your finger that doesn't look exactly like the entire rest of the screen. It's looks like nothing more than an expensive Rorschach test to me.

Tom crushing it. Had a question. Pre full moon mayfly hatch we found the walleye June 10-11th sitting in 7-9 feet of water staging for the bug hatch. Have you ever seen that?
