Everything has a place and purpose. I'm going on 41, and graduating college to become an electrician. I'll never stop learning. You are my never too old to learn something new. Thinking about learning to play the piano and guitar as a recreational use. Think about this for a moment, Dreams can become a reality, but how far are you willing to go? I have only one life to live with a 24 hour window of Grace. Do what ever it takes to achieve your dreams. Pray to God for guidance and protection. He will never let you down. Perhaps some of you are misinterpreting what Lauren is saying. Find your child like self means we find joy. As we grow and physically and mentally mature as human. We (as humans) are prone to stress over big things. As children, life is joy. Like Lauren says, she ate ice cream and climbed trees. Children are meant to enjoy life, but as we grow, we tend to stress over things, we worry. God wants us to give our problems to him, not to stress, not sleep, and practically pull our hair out. We need to connect with him through that, find that child like joy while still being mature in our faith.

Everyone is GO. GO. GO. in this world now and technology keeps our eyes, minds, and hearts glued to our cell phones and social media accounts. We truly do need days of rest and relaxation. Sometimes I am sure it feels impossible to rest but it is something that we need to do.

Romans 12:2, "Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is--his good, pleasing and perfect will."

I’m glad her team and mangement allowed her to take a break. Allot of singers are so overworked they are working machines when really the industry needs to realize that they are just human. Isn't that exactly why we should keep the Sabbath day holy. To rest from worldly things and focus on the Lord, read the scriptures, go to church,etc and to set that day apart from the rest of the days in the week. I love attending church on Sundays it restores peace in my life. If nothing else goes right during my week I know I am in the right place at the right time when I am in church on Sundays.

Who rested on the seventh day? OUR LORD!! He put REST in the Ten Commandments! Honor the Sabbath!

In the hindu faith, the religion of my ancestors, we are taught that God is best able to 'log in' to your brain when you are at rest. Those who are unable to fall asleep are less able to stay connected to our God in Heaven.

I totally fell in love with Lauren Daigle on I'm Yours. And this Album is just so relatable for me😍😍😍

When I was a child my father and I lived in a trailer park. Behind the park was a forest that me and my friend Nathan would play in. We had imagination. We built trails, and set up traps for Intruders. We dug holes that were covered with a net and leaves to hide them on the trails. 😂 Also I had a grappling hook strung it to a rope and flung it in trees to catch a branch, then climb trees. My child like faith was always supplied by God, (the traps were shallow and none else beside me and Nathan would walk these trails!)
