Walmart Rare Plant Find!!
When I tell you I jumped out of bed and raced to Walmart, I'm not kidding 😂 I cannot believe how nice these are! So many big box stores around the USA are getting these plants in, I'm so happy to finally see them become accessible. Definitely check your local shops!
Also, happy and sad day for my newly aquired wishlist plant 🙃 wish me luck!

Thank you!! It's now end of July and they are STILL sending Thais to our local walmarts! Someone even found a few mints 😮

They are gorgeous babies!! I already have two and they are both relatively good DNA. One of them is a small baby. However, I went to my second local Bunnings here in Australia and I saw one Monstera Deliciosa Thai constellation that was a little unhappy, the newest slave was broken off and one of the patio is almost broken off. $65 from $99 ❤. My favourite rehab so far!

I’m gagged, gooped, and GAPED Mawma 😩😭 you really spilled with this reveal!! those are the best I’ve seen! You got lucky! I got two from my Walmart last week and both boxes (I got first pick hehe) and none of them had that much cream splash. One of mine has like 80% of yours same variegation, but the rest were pretty much just speckling. 😢

Thank you so much!! 🤗💚 Aw give it time! It's now end of July and some walmarts are getting MINT MONSTERAS! I'm keeping my eyes open on the look out. I'm sure more with high variegation will come around they seem to be popping up still and getting more common! Keeping my fingers crossed for you 😊

Unfortunately I didn't get to grow seeds this year 😥 I was gone every weekend from beginning of May until second week of July. I would have lost them so I saved my seeds for next year. I think I'm going to grow them outdoors just because I don't think I'll have good enough conditions inside year round. I did however get herb starter plants that I've been growing outside on the patio! I've even harvested some :) I made a video that will be coming soon showing off my small herb garden.

Price points in the us seam crazy! How much is a regular billietiae there? I’m an expat in Belgium, btw. I just got a regular billietiae for 10€ at a big box store called Intratuin. It has 10 leaves and 2 on the way.

Regular non-variegated billietiaes have popped up in big box stores, so they're decently cheap! I haven't looked lately but definitely $20 or less for a medium size plant if I had to guess. If they're more, it's probably a larger specimen. Crazy to think they were ever more than that!

How much you paid by your state, NYC selling for $80. Well still cheaper than other place, for the same size :)

$80 is definitely still cheaper than how much they used to be for sure :) Yeah I lucked out! But it's a big box store so at this point many states are getting the same shipment. Now it's end of July and walmarts are still getting them!
