Yay so nice to see you brought a surprise for the crew. When we fly we always bring the crew a little something. Going and coming back home crew. So fun to see the flight / travel to Orlando to Walt Disney World. Long flight for people from UK. Only a 3 hour flight for us here in the states where we live. Thanks for sharing!

We’ve flown with them a lot the last few years and I can’t fault them at all they’ve been amazing every trip! It was a shame the end of the day didn’t go well but sometimes they don’t go as planned xx

Thanks for watching! 😊 I’m always packing different plane activities keeps my daughter occupied for the 9 hour flight haha 😂 yeah the room not being clean wasn’t ideal! Not first time it’s happened to us so it’s really frustrating especially after such a long day! Xx

So we spoke to a guest experience manager and got everything resolved. I will give Disney their due they always resolve the problem but in the first instance it should just be clean before we arrive.
