In this vlog, we venture into Epcot the day after Hurricane/Tropical Storm Nicole. We meet up with our friend, @adamhattan, and enjoy a few attractions and some Food & Wine Festival snacks before heading to Magic Kingdom for more fun at Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party.

It’s the morning after Hurricane/Tropical Storm Nicole and we hear that the parks will start opening around midday/1 p.m. and that Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party will be going ahead as planned!
We pop into Hospitality House to see Minnie, Chip and Dale entertaining everyone before getting the bus to Epcot. The delayed park opening has created a bit of a queue but we finally make it through despite the strong gusts of wind.
We meet up with our friend, Adam Hattan, and ride Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind again. This time, Keith is not affected with any motion sickness and everyone agrees what a great ride it is. After a quick look in the Creations store, all five of us head to The Land. The wait for Soarin is too long so we ride Living with The Land instead before heading into World Showcase.
It's still a little wet and windy so Adam gives us an impromptu weather report and we stop off at the India Food and Wine booth where we try the Chicken Tikka Masala, the Potato and Pea Samosa and the Crispy Paneer. Next, Adam kindly treats us to some sweet and tasty snacks from Karamell-Kuche and we walk round to Japan where Keith, Adam and Daisy try the shaved ice snack, Kaki Gori, from the Kabuki Cafe. We decide to leave Epcot via International Gateway and head to The Beach Club where we are lucky enough to see the beautiful Disney Princess themed Gingerbread Carousel in the lobby before getting the bus to Magic Kingdom.
We get our Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party wrist-bands and collect our commemorative 50th Anniversary Christmas ornament on our way in. We decide to ride the Tomorrowland Speedway and The Tomorrowland Transport Authority PeopleMover and then grab some food at Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe before the party gets properly underway.
Keith, Luke, Daisy and Adam ride Space Mountain with its festive Christmas overlay, Daisy buys the Christmas Spirit jersey from the Main Street Emporium, and we all head to Adventureland to ride Pirates of the Caribbean. We enjoy our first snack opportunity for peppermint cookies and egg nog and get all the Christmas feels watching Mickey's Once Upon A Christmastime Parade, before riding Big Thunder Mountain in the dark.
It's nearly time for the fireworks so we get a spot in the middle of Main Street to watch the incredible Minnie's Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Show. Adam decides to call it a night after the fireworks and the rest of us ride the Jingle Cruise before beating the rush to the bus and heading out of the park ourselves.
