@@Tcrror More than one G.O.A.T. in PBA history. Walter Ray holds 16 more PBA Tour Titles than Belmo. However, Belmonte holds the all-time record of "Major" PBA Tour wins with 15. Williams is second all-time (behind Earl Anthony) with 47 PBA Tour wins; Belmonte ranks seventh all-time with 31. Both Williams and Belmonte are tied for career "Player of the Year" Awards with seven each. While Belmonte’s innovative two-handed style and record-breaking Major titles make him a standout performer, Williams' remarkable 40-year longevity and sheer number of PBA Tour titles cannot be ignored. Both bowlers qualify as G.O.A.Ts.

i remember 16 years ago my horseshoe Captain larry steiner got me ur autograph he said he use to pitch vs u in florida ever since i started watching bowling as well i never got to thank u for that ty walter u are considered a god in the horseshoe world and bowling

This video was fantastic, best one yet! Very cool to see a practice session and get into your mindset as you go through different balls and cover some finer details of the game. Also, I want to thank you for coming to Long Island in March, earlier this year to Port Jefferson Bowl. What a great clinic you hosted for everyone over those two days. Would be awesome to do again some day, when you're in the Northeast. Brian

@@chatnboy64 well to be honest, because I reached out to nearly a dozen different Bowlero bowling centers on Long Island, and they wouldn't host him for a clinic, nor did most of the managers I spoke to even know who Walter Ray was. They seem to have a different business focus model for sure. But finally a nice center out east on the Island came through and had a great 2 day clinic. I think one thing every bowling center should do, is be sure to host your legends. I can't imagine if Jack Nicklaus or Tiger Woods wanted to do a clinic at a public golf course, and the golf course rejected them, and didn't want to accommodate. It wouldn't happen, because something like that is EXCELLENT publicity and only a win win.

Thoroughly enjoyed watching one of your practice sessions. Interesting contrast on how much each ball reacted with subtle adjustments. 4 out the 5 times the pinsetter dumped the 10-pin, you rolled great shots hitting the pocket squarely at 17 1/2 board with very decent pin action. You may not possess the physical game you had years back, yet, you still roll the ball pretty darn well. Interesting you ventured into 2 handed bowling. I'm 58 years old & attempted 2 handed bowling during practice sessions this past summer. Am not willing to put in all the time & effort it would take to learn how to bowl 2 handed proficiently. If I were a few decades younger, then I would seriously consider it. Will continue striving to be the best thumb in, 1 handed bowler that I can be. Have rarely rolled urethane since I started bowling again, nearly 12 years ago, after a 15 year hiatus. Do have a Purple Hammer from a summer league a couple of years ago. Will begin experimenting with it & may purchase one of Hammer's new urethane balls that are out on the market today. Thank you for sharing one of your practice sessions with us, it was fun to watch!

I just got the Pink Widow yesterday. I expected it to be strong, but that ball is a monster in the fronts and mid. But it gave me a lot of confidence to move far left and swing it out. Hits like a train.

Greetings from Stockton, Back in the 90s you were practicing at West Lane Bowl. I was bowling league and interrupted you to autograph my bowling shoe which you kindly did. I’ve had rotator cuff surgery on both shoulders, and am currently recovering from the left shoulder, which was done two weeks ago. I am thinking of going to a two handed delivery next year when I return. Do you feel less strain on your shoulders and wrists when you bowl two handed? I’m gonna spend the rest of my recovery time getting caught up on your videos.

For my wrist, less strain. For the shoulder, I don't feel any difference

Why dont they bring back the pink Nail? We can solve all these issues if they just make everyone throw the same Dick Weber 5 Star Power Ball!
