@@sclegalcarry7979 Apparently Walther makes an adjustable competition trigger for the PPQ series that bypasses the drop safety to deliver a sublimely sensitive trigger with a light break, but there is some issue about importing it to the U.S. as designed. Liability issues or something.

The major issue with the steel frame is it will eventually start to cut into your thumb joint because of the way the beaver tail is cut. Too bad this is the case it as its definitely a design flaw. This is why I sold my SF and bought the Polymer and have never looked back.

I never mention prices as they change and the video can not, plus commenting a price leads KZfaq to believe I'm trying to sell which is incorrect. If someone is seriously interested they should look up the price in their region at the time they are looking to buy. Several of the guns I have reviewed have fluctuated wildly in price since their respective videos came out. If your intent was to complain about the price difference you should look up the cost of squirting plastic into a mold versus CNC machining steel.

The muzzle flip is more than a Glock but to me it's not a deal-breaker. In the end it's really just about your affinity with a certain gun. Though what I can tell you is that the steel frame version is a waste of money. Past a certain skill level, there will be no difference in split time and a lighter polymer frame would only give you advantage in draw speed and target transition.

I would have gone with the CZ myself. That being said, I do own the Q5 M2, in polymer. ( And love it!) I think Walther missed the mark, with this SF series of pistols. This whole Steel frame 9mm trend is ridiculous. It's 9 millimeter! Widely considered the minimum for expandable self-defense ammunition. Shooting a 9 feels like a pellet gun next to a 357 mag. Let's just do this okay?! Let's just shoot the Kel Tec CP33 in IDPA. Better yet...let's ask Ruger to make a 30 round Mark IV. Full steel 22lr? That really gets rid of that pesky recoil.
