What I find impressive is how ex-President reacted FASTER than the Secret Service. Between when he was hit and he was ducking for cover was less than 0.9 seconds. The average reaction time in such a situation is 1.2 seconds. Only AFTER he starts ducking does a Secret Service agent start shouting "Down, down, down." Not bad.
