The scarlet witch (Wanda) had the origin of being a mutant with her father being magneto and sister Polaris (Polaris has the power of bending and controlling metal like her father, magneto) Wanda In the MCU changes her origin by being a volunteer in an experiment. In a comic one of the two boys has the powers of his mother (warping reality and such) and the magic that doctor strange possesses (He has to do certain hand movements and say spells In order to activate his powers) he might even surpass the strength of Wanda his name was Wiccan. The other twin had the powers of Pietro (Wanda’s Brother) which Is super speed. Sorry If my response was long. I guess I’m a geek for Marvel.

As much as everyone is freaked out about Wanda using Visions body, I think it's exactly what's happening. She is using her powers to substitute the power of the stone, and she created this reality to alter the "asthetic" part since she can't change that....
