@@scottgrasser9737 It was mentioned that Shanks' crew was the most balanaced so I could bet his main crewmates are around 1.5 B - 2.5 B. Luffy is a pseudo emperor because besides his high bounty he also has followers and influence, clout, if you will.

The commanders probably don't reveal themselves to much. If they start making a move then they will definitely get a higher bounty.

@@R.O.T.C._SEEM I mean whitebeard saw him as a brother and I understand not wanting to intervene unless oden had asked for it, but as soon as kiado had basically gained full control and killed oden, whitebeard should had gone and dealt with him. He was easily more powerful and had a stronger crew (and yes I understand from a story perspective why he didn’t do this) (also oden was to head strong he had access to 2 of the strongest crews and he didn’t think to say “hey I might just want to contact them just in case I need a little bit of back up” IDK it just irks me a little). Izo had pledged himself to whitebeard but he had also pledged himself to oden long before this, and should have at least gone back to wano when oden went home.

To be fair, if there were effective bounty hunters for high value targets, we wouldn't have as many pirates for Luffy to pick fights with.

My point is no one is as crazy as Luffy himself. So I think , there will be always somebody for Luffy to continue his journey.
