Maam i have done my graduation in maths in the year 2018 and after that i did B.ed finished it in 2020 . After that i spent 1.5 years in government exams and 1.5 years i worked. It's been 5 years since i completed my graduation. I am thinking of persuing MBA this year. Will those 5 years would create any problems in getting jobs? I am confused which major to choose?I was thinking of HR but my English is of intermediate level. I am able to communicate but not able to use very good words. Please answer ma'am. It would be very helpful.

Mam I'm an MBA fresher doing my internship, i see that to attempt SAP HR exam a candidate should have atleast a year of experience. Yet some Recruiters are expecting me to have sap hr for HR freshers roles .... Give me some clarity on this, can i do HR SAP without experience

Dear, all these jobs you mentioned have totally diff scope of work, you have to choose as per your interest.. 1. HR Analyst- is a technical job, you have to be good with Programming language(Python, R) and other Visual tools. 2. SAP- You will have to take certification, but then you will be only able to work in SAP related jobs, nothing else same is the case with any other HRIS.... Hope this helps, all the best!
