I agree with you @fatrace but I do think there’s a way to blend the nature surroundings into each residence with the right architect. I’m excited to see how this community unfolds!

I think it’s more about sustainability in the long run for maintaining a house like that. Monthly Housemaids, monthly extermination, upkeep and etc.. You wanna own the house but you don’t want the house to own you.

Some of These houses in these communities are too close together. My personal opinion. I love my neighbors. But I don’t like to be too close to them. I like this community.

Hi @fatrace I agree but this community will have very large lots for Vegas standards. We’ve been told each lot here will be 1-2 acres in size! 🤩

Thank you for watching and commenting @jc2604 I know there was so much controversy about building out there. I am one who is for preserving the natural beauty and peacefulness in Red Rock but I feel like Calico Basin has already disturbed that and Red Rock has become a tourist attraction and is no longer what it once was. My hope is that having a neighborhood out there versus another attraction like Bonnie Springs will reduce the amount of traffic that the area sees.
