I have been watching his videos since a while now and I think he is really good at what he does. I think he is of Iranian origin. I was in Tehran - a city that probably sets a world record for the most no. of rhinoplasties per year which means that Iranians have it in their blood - to be great plastic surgeons. I would go to him without hesitation, but Switzerland has pretty good doctors too 😊.

Before and afters can be easily photshoped where an unsupecting eye can easily be fooled, or even a trained eye. I have made thousands of those kind images. It's amasing what the smudge or blur tool can do in combination with the clone tool at a lower opacity. Doctors should start having 360 live recorded results, of corse after the healing process. It's still possible but its a little harder to fake a recorded 360

Do you ask patients to have cheek filler dissolved before you operate? I’ve had .5 ml placed in cheek bone area. Would I need to dissolve before consult? Or before the procedure? I have zero filler in lips . Just cheek.

I think that people who are unhappy with their face and body, should find some friends who see the beautiful soul inside, and take that money instead and help others or at least go on a vacation as unhappiness is not caused by how we look, the emotional problems driving one to get cosmetic surgery will exist after the surgery. If that unloving person making your life hell, gets what he wants, he is going to find that you have ugly feet and it will go on and on. Write out a list of his defects and pay to have a billboard so he has to see that driving to work daily and go to a counselor who can help you with your self-image problem. If a person was disfigured by a car accident, by a tumor by an acid attack, the skill of a plastic surgeon is needed, certainly. Love yourself, as if you don’t will anyone else? At least if they don’t, you will survive. Eat a diet which means you will age well such as being a vegan is incredible. Don’t disfigure yourself and pay a mint to do it.

I am 38 and jussst beginning to develop some laxity under my jaw and some tiny tiny bit of mid face sag but not IMO, quite ready for a facelift or even a mini lift. And so of course the aestheticians etc. recommend Ultherapy, because it is the only other thing that will tighten the skin. So what should us in betweeners do Dr. Karam? Please help!

I am only 30 and I am about to get a facelift. With that said, I live in WA State and will be going to Seattle for my procedure. Let's face it ,there is no good way to pull up a face n nc. Maybe in 20 yr.s.

I have been researching surgery and drs for a few years.. especially this year because I have the time and able to get it done. However, I have a limited budget and I live in a small town so I must take into consideration travel and a place to stay for a few weeks after surgery.. I am looking for a dr who does the face only. I was told by one dr who specializes in faces that I have submandibular gland drop.. the other 4 consults did not mention it. Knowing this.. I do not know who can do my surgery. I am thinking of just having my uppers done and wearing scarves rest of my life.. I do not want a surgery where they have to remove the glands as the one dr told me. Dr Karam can you suggest where I can go or why I have to get the glands removed?
