Wanunga Trail Perth Day Hike

Hidden in a beautiful corner of Perth, surrounded by the many kangaroos, the Wanunga Trail is a short but beautiful day hike in Whiteman Park.
Only 4kms long, the Wanunga Trail offers an abundance of beauty and a relaxing stroll away from the city. So close, yet you feel so far away! Check it out!

I love that you guys have the feet washing stations. I have yet to see them here in the US. Gorgeous hike and love the kangaroos

All good here, hope all is well where you are too 😊 It is really good to prevent some fungi etc. Do you not have them on the big trails like the PCT etc?

@@DorisHikingAdventures I haven't hiked the PCT yet. But the Appalachian Trail and Ozark Highlands Trail didn't have them. I agree, I wish we had them. There's a lot of things other countries do that we don't unfortunately.

Dat heb je goed gezien :) ...deze streek heeft super veel kangoeroes. Altijd leuk om even te onstnappen uit de stad :D

very nice! good format. Personally not a fan of music tracks, and a real time run would be better. After all can speed it up at this end if it drags. But still 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍/10

Hi Dori, love your channel. Been learning a lot. Some advice on beginner hiking... Would the Bibbulmun be too challenging for a first multi day hike?

Sorry for very late reply - had to take a break from it all. I would suggest to do a section close to kalamunda or between pemberton and northcliffe 😊

Hi 🖐 It certainly was 😀. There is a lot of dieback here in Western Australia, the cleaning stations help keeping it out. Do you have anything like that where you are?
