Scripts don't shoot trees down when they are blocking their view. He *might* be using a lead overlay like you suspect. But more likely he's just someone who is *special* and really hates CAS.

I think he's got a lead reticle from AB in RB. From what I've heard, it is almost as simple as a 1 to 0 in a notepad file.

I am very surprised by this video. For my part, this player is completely legitimate, one of my friends plays a lot Wirbel and Ostwind for the daily battle pass missions and I also use them a lot. His way of playing corresponds to ours. I recognize myself perfectly in scanning the sky waiting for small black dots and the same in the attempts to anticipate the movements of the plane, he on the other hand unlike me knows the location of air spawn. I met cheaters in anti-air, they would have destroyed the plane on the first or second pass. I sometimes have unfounded doubts about players (so I ask for your opinion) but here I really see no reason to suspect him according to my 2136 battles done with wirbel.

I play a lot of SPAAs, and scan the sky towards where aircraft would normally spawn in from, but not that early in a match unless I'm expecting to see helos. Then I would normally watch the flanks if it's AH-1s as they tend to fly low to the spawn. If he's using a script he needs to get a refund as it is awful. If I base their experience on the total number of kills with this vehicle, they missed some easy shots, which could be because of the script being used. It seemed to be more apparent when they didn't track the closest incoming threat later on of the LA-5 or 7 that passed close by to the right of his position.

I absolutely despise CAS but this is just such a obvious cheater. But at least you can kill cheaters. I can't even properly hit CAS with things like Wirbelwind.

Unlike previous videos, I'm really not sure if this is cheating. I do some similar movements with my camera to scan the sky all around, in hops like one stop every some 2 seconds (but more movement per hop like ~55 degrees at a time) because i don't have a lot of room for my mouse + pausing to observe seems to help me out. He is definitely not a bot, the tree shooting down was too human-like

The giveaway here to me is when playing against him his aim, auto tracks the wiggle. An AA with that much experience is not going to zigzag his shots prefectly in time with a rudder wiggle.

The ability to see the enemy team vehicle list is nothing new. They've been calling out enemy helicopters in GRB for years now that they shouldn't see because the heli spawns are behind mountains or other terrain. Some maps have a clear line of sight so sure but others...impossible yet they're giving warnings and directions. They see through the mountains. The above dude's stuff sucks but hey, at least he's not sniping the pilots with it from 4km. That's common enough I'm surprised it wasn't the main feature, did you go out of your way to find the least obvious cheater this time?

I belive the prevalnce in cheats we see is due to AI, you can get local LLM's that are uncensored and ask it anything.

Gaijin sadly is getting worse and worse with every Year that passes. From reducing battle time duration to decreasing Tickets to even Anti-cheat ant blatant Lobby-crashing issues caused by cheaters. Many Expert Pilots in AIR-RB like me have not continued playing the same Amounts as back in the day because Gaijin seemingly does not seem to care about their Playerbase and especially those who have been there since the beginning. I hope that one day they wake up from this feaver dream.

This is a weird replay. I don't have really any experience looking at cheaters in SPAA but other than the way he goes about scanning being a little strange and the jittering reticle like he is following a lead indicator, I would've assumed this guy is a legit SPAA main.

You also get shit pilots in ARB who somehow pull of a 1 second burst from 2km out and nail you. - another example of arcade lead marker.

Well i dont think its cheating he might br on console and hes constently pressing the lock thing which i do it alot and the tracking in replay you would barley even see the reticle aimed correctly so i think its just paranoia ps alot of players wabble and alot of times its on purpose for people who arent good with lead which i do it also i dont think its sus

honestly idk if this is enough proof, his crosshair wiggling around even on planes going completely straight, only killing planes on the easiest of shots just doesnt scream bot or lead indicator to me. He literally gets a single kill a match, I feel like cheats, especially with a wirb against planes would be alot more effective than this. occams razor, the dudes probably just a pretty bad player that acts a bit weird. I wouldve liked to have seen the ones where he leaves instantly? That wouldve been more damning alongside this

If nothing is done soon, this game will become a bot-fest with 0 players playing on it. It'll be a bunch of chinese botters enjoying themselves and nothing else. Also, my theory is, this guy has probably dozens if not hundreds of botting accounts open at the same time in some PC (or PCs), probably why it feels "Laggy" when you look from their perspective, since the hardware could barely keep up with all the clients opened AND botting/scripting at the same time. Seen videos of chinese League botters doing exactly this, they set up VMs and run DOZENS of clients simultaneously and, if they have video output, it lags like crazy and is NOT a smooth experience, since they don't need it to be, program running on the background does all the movements and checks on their own. So either a botter running dozen of instances of WT in the background (With scripts), or just one random kid scripting and attempting to not make it "Obvious" which backfired tremendously.

Looks sometimes like a bot. I play often CAS and SPAA but this stupid bullet spam is nonsense because even he should know that it gives away his position. Otherwise it reminds me of using a gamecontroller ...

To be honest, I am not sure about this video. I'm not seeing anything that I would consider really strange. AA you can continuously/repeatedly press "x" very early to pick up air targets early even before you see it. You have to face the general direction of the Aircraft in order for this to work but it explains the scanning of the air nicely. The strange leading of target could be explained by packet loss. So to be honest I feel this may not be a script or cheating without confronting alternative explanations first. I may be wrong but my gut feels that there may be a perfectly reasonable explanation for this.

I think he might be cheating but not for the same reasons you do. See, the whole "wiggling reticle" thing on its own isn't indicative of anything I don't think. The reason that radars in-game wiggle like that is because Gaijin coded them to be imprecise. If you use better radars or an IRST, the issue is mitigated or goes away outright. Something tells me that a script wouldn't be using the same random error chances as the radars and instead would just use an actual player auto-tracker. What's more likely I think is that he moves his reticle around the spot where his script is telling him to aim. You know like rolling it, flicking the cursor around and kinda "spray and pray"-ing. People do this with actual radar SPAA all the time because it accounts for the target moving around a bit while you're firing.

It follows a predictable pattern, jump to a location, pause, jump to another location, pause, etc, even the timing is consistent, very similar to the old World of Warcraft fishing hacks. One of the tanks I investigated doing this didn't notice an enemy tank pull up (across an open field) to hide behind a house next to him 0.3 km away. Sadly the enemy tank didn't see him either. The player just parked in his perch on a small hill near his spawn hunting for players leaving the enemy spawn.
