it's a skin. Just that. I mean, I'm all with them adding more skins, but at least make it easier/simpler to get and not a whole new vehicle. They could add more skins like these in the BP or even included in the current event's stages

I don't mind getting a Yak-3. I like flying those. They feel nice and agile. But can they at least make it unique? Or make the vehicle more accesible? Or give a vehicle that is normally not available to the nation. For example, a soviet captured bf109. Or if they want to put even less effort, just re-run some of the older event vehicles. Give the community a chance to get them again. You can design a crate where the player selects a previous event vehicle, and the more tasks the player completes, the more crates of this type can the player get.

This is extremely disappointing. I was dreaming of a rank 5 early jet and what they could add and just a rank 3 copy and paste of a plane I hated flying is such a let down.

Russia is having its holidays, and days off work soon and of course the day of the victory, they probably dont wanted to insert too much work, too bad it affects the playerbase.

@@Mr_Snek037 gaijin doesnt want to show off german aces, would have been cool to have an ace piloted 262 maybe even the HG series event aircraft there are quite a few from late 1944 to early 1945 but its a russian game after all, and they arent too happy about the history and the most recent events about germany either, they might say war thunder is a video game and has nothing to do with real life events and they dont want to involve politics but the whole layout ive seen from them is very pro russian and full of politics, and the sad thing is you cant do anything against it or speak about it because that results in a chatban and if its in the forums you end up getting forum banned or moderators simply delete your comment, you mightve seen already in the news section its "pre-moderated" which means if they like what you say they post it, if its negative they delete it, criticism allowed ? Nuh uh.

Rank three is about the highest rank I might grind an event vehicle. But I'm unavailable for a few weeks and 35k is still too much anyway. I would like it is someone were to post some stats on player participation in these events. It could be that they are failing hard.

You could address that Russia is extremely overpowered in Tank mode with its Su-25m3, Pantsir, and K52. It's completely impossible to play against Russia.
