Tbh tho, I went back and watched it from his view to see what all he did wrong. Dude just stayed at like mach .89 for most of the fight lol

@@sTix43_ Ya I've found that hitting the old airbrake and dropping to 700 kph (around 378 knots) and keeping the afterburner on will help your turn rate and speed retention for the most part.

@@user-bm2xf6io3c Yeah by all rights the F16 in this fight should have won. I had no way to gain more airspeed by diving long enough. I thought at first he was going to try and energy trapping me but he just kept turning.

So in early versions of the Dev server, the Mirage 2000 (all variants as I found) had a pretty large flight model nerf. As of now it seems the Mirages have had a.... buff. Its a buff and nerf to certain flight areas like high speed versus low speed controllability of the plane at these speeds.

@@CorbInTheCob in the Mirage or against them. I'm still testing it but it might be able to go against the Gripen or F16A now.

@@sTix43_ Good. The mirage is still nerfed so much compared to other Gen 4's at them moment, cannot wait till we get all the thrust it actually has.

@@CorbInTheCob The change comes from declassified documents showing how the in-game M2k siezes up more and more the faster you go compared to the IRL version but retains too much speed in the low speed regime when turning at. An example for the aileron "lock up" change is when the draken got nerfed to be more noob friendly by restricting its pull more and more at higher speeds. They are doing the reverse of what they did to the draken by making the m2k actually able to pull at higher speeds is how i atleast understand it. Correct me if anyone knows more.
