what is optimal speed/range to launch aim-54?

Personallyi like to get to between 18k and 22k feet at least be over Mach 1.2 and generally launch around the 45km to 25km range. Those are the areas where I get best results. Also sometimes you will see me pulling off to the "right" side of the map so lunch them into the cluster of enemies as they fly into the battle!
