@@Aaa96763 I was thinking something like; you have a nausea meter, which will go up over time, so before you get too nauseas you need to play a minigame of identifying cash or coins among many other garbage

I feel like once you've beaten the game, a cutscene will play where you walk over to a hobo dumpster diving and say "that's gross."

It's cool returning to your old projects and recreating them with improved skills. I've experimented with Unity and other engines a bit myself, but at this point in time nothing has really stuck with me the same way Scratch has. Either way, it's cool to see what a fellow old scratcher is up to nowadays.

you should look into construct 3, it has a similar editor to scratch and is way less limited

If you're gonna update the game, here's an idea: In the shop, there's going to be a big board that shows which stuff do what. Also, add a tip jar and you can donate 5$ to get your reputation higher if you lost some.

I love your game and think it would be cool if you could buy a trash picker upper thing and trash bag then go around picking up trash on the ground then empty your bag into the trash bin and then you talk to the old guy or someone and they reward you and give you rep as a cool side quest to help you progress or get an achievement
