Yeah it's bad, both our end game activities are randomizers lol (SP Circuit and DA). Then you have the fact that this game has amazing build diversity, quite a few Warframes, a lot of weapons, but then you invest in some of them, and you are actually punished for doing that, doesn't even make any sense, i think DE said that both the Circuit and DA pioritizes weapons and frames you don't own already, so what's the point in spending all that time, and formas, in building certain weapons knowing you are actually reducing your chances of using them. I don't mind it for Warframes, 60(?) is quite a bit, but it's good that they push you into trying other frames out, i actually built my Saryn and Ivara because of DA, but weapons? nah, there's too much weapons, and the vast majority of them are terrible, nor bring nothing new in terms of gameplay or mechanics that make me want to build them for future use.

@brandonuzumaki I think that if they would change the randomizer in the way I'm about to describe, it would be much more fun. Still not a great endgame mode, but it would be a fun mode - -They keep the randomizer, BUT make it to where you don't have to actually own the gear like in Duviri, but you get to mod and fully customize them, which we currently cannot. That alone would make it so much more enjoyable. That way we wouldn't just get completely useless rolls for gear and even if we did, with the allowance of modding, we wouldn't have to spend literal hours trying to complete level 300 content with twin vipers and we can actually do something 😂 I still don't think it should be an endgame mode, but definitely one that's a bit higher up. I think for EDA just making the enemies a ridiculous level like 600-1000 would be good. Most players aren't equipped to handle that stuff. Only people who REALLY build out their stuff are. On one hand I do agree with you. By the time you get to this content you should know what you're doing, and it seems like there are a lot of people that just want to rush their way to high MR now without understanding what they're doing. Of course no one is obligated to get to the point that some of us have where we could write a dissertation on every mechanic in the game, but at the very least you should understand how to mod stuff correctly, even if not optimally. On the other hand, Elite Archimedea can be quite convoluted, there're a lot of modifiers to juggle as well as being restricted to a handful of weapons and Warframes. Naturally, it's not meant to be easy, so I don't see an issue with a guide for it. One major problem I think comes with the concept of "mains", and it's the reason why some people struggle with Elite Archimedea as well as SP Circuit - they both give you a selection of random Warframes and weapons and if you're the type to play 1 or 2 Warframes only then you are like to struggle when taken out of your comfort zone.

it's because there's too much content in the game for people to play, so many high ranks have never even touched certain parts of the game Example 1: I did an eidolon bounty at night with a squad and I killed the teralyst on the side, the MR 24 said it was their first EVER eidolon kill, playing for 6 years they never bothered Example 2: I (MR 27 at the time)was farming corrupted holokeys for the first time and was playing void fissures. I'm not familiar at all with that part of the game and didn't pick up the reactant for the squad before mission end, guy in squad is dming me saying how much of an idiot I am for being MR 27 not knowing how to play the game (???)

@@lj_aderyn You’d likely do better in that scenario. Archimedea missions, at least in my experience, ALWAYS give you at least one piece of equipment you own. If you only owned one secondary weapon, that weapon would be guaranteed to show up in the gear selection. In any event though I think people are just getting caught flat-footed because they’re not used to having to utilize the entirety of their toolkit. You have on-calls, specters, an Archgun, and a fucking Necramech in case shit gets *really* sticky. True, those tools might not be around all the time, depending on if the gear wheel or transference is disabled, but most of the time there’s some kind of option available, folks just gotta adapt.

Your words are harsh but you're not wrong, I'm MR16 and started just October last year, I've seen several players who rushed to MR 25+ who started around the same time as me and they know so little about the game
