that happened to me with the despair blueprint. I built it, maxed it out and decided I didn't like it and didn't want to have the weapon slot held up by it so I sold it. Then the stalker weapon incarnons came out. Still haven't gotten hate before. Pain.

I mean, I've still got Dread, despair, and now I've got War...sadly never got Hate because I didn't see Stalker that much pre Second Dream

It's honestly really dumb nowadays when it comes to Hate/Despair drops. Imagine being a newer player now, not knowing about these drops before doing The Second Dream? You'd be expected to dish out 800 plat for em unless you either wait literal years, or just get really damn lucky.

Tbh it's only rare because of the dilution of all the other drops DE have added to his drop table since The Second Dream and more recently but still a while ago, Smoking Body Ephemera. I reckon if someone were to know this and farmed Stalker before doing The Second Dream, their chances of getting Hate and Despair increases substantially as a result.

Ironic; that its name is exactly how we feel while trying to farm it.

By order of rarity it's Dread, Hate, Despair. I got all these weapons almost a decade ago when the Dread and Despair were considered meta, and the Hate while not as good for coptering was still up there as the best Scythe in the game. People back then formed dedicated squads to grind stalker encounters, also because he was much stronger and able to reliably one-shot someone with ranged attacks. Nowadays either you have willing friends, or good luck finding a squad.

It is a Kuva Nukor with an innate 60% Magnetic damage bonus, and modded specifically with dealing as many status effects as humanly possible but primarily with Viral and Heat in mind.

War is a good weapon early on but being mainly an impact weapon for whatever reason people tend to stay away from it, however I would still say to pick it up if you can, but also if you can keep a Broken war I'd highly recommend using that instead as it is arguably more powerful. Out of the Stalker's main roster of weapons (Dread, Despair, Hate) I'd say to not really TRY to get them and just play the game casually, as this will take a long time to get them either way unless it is Dread, which to me is the best weapon out of the trio anyway. The rest will drop in due time eventually, it just feels like an age if you are actively trying. Still, build ALL of The Stalker's weapons once you can because especially Despair and Hate, they are very rare nowadays for whatever reason, especially with their Incarnon upgrades next week. Speaking of the Incarnon weapons, I would say to wait until you reach Angels of The Zariman until you start worrying about those because they are still a ways above MR8 requirements, and are more focused towards the Steel Path levels of content and above ( The games "Hard" mode). Essentially, they are weapons that can evolve into much more powerful versions of an already incredibly powerful weapon, each having an array of selectable Evolution upgrades to better suit the player's play style with the specific weapon alongside their mod configurations. The Gen 2 Incarnon weapons however is the same concept but applied to pre-existing weapons to give them a much needed edge in the game's Hard mode and endgame-level content. As of right now, I'd say to focus on levelling and building as much gear as you can, even if you aren't gonna keep the weapons you level, to expand your Mastery to allow for more powerful weaponry to become available and then work towards getting some of the more "Meta" mods and gaining a reliable income of Credits (Recommend Index) and Endo (No idea) for these mods and gear. Hope this helps.

There is an option for it in the settings somewhere. I can never remember exactly where it is but I'm sure you'll find it.

It does indeed, but is also one of the rarest Stalker drops due to the inclusion of the Second Dream gear to the drop tables. Best way to get them is to not do Second Dream and just spam Stalker drops as much as possible until you get both Despair and Hate. Dread however appears so often on even Shadow Stalker that it's impossible to miss.

Oh FFS I'm on 778 days and no dispair I make sure to have stalker on me but 778 days xd got loads of hate and dread but the only dispair for me is droprates

I've only ever really seen him use Dread and Hate, he'll hit you with Hate if you get too close and can stunlock early players to death with it. Never seen him use Despair though.

Honestly Smoking Body was trivial in comparison. The best way to get these things is to not try, play the game and they will happen of their own accord.

It is an exceedingly rare drop and its stats are very close to that of Reaper Prime, but they aren't anything special as of late game. Very early in the game however it can be very effective but you'd be better off with the Stalker's bow; Dread, which is very common and has very high critical chance.

The one thing Hate exceeds at is slash damage, one hit with a heavy attack build makes even lvl 100+ enemies bleed out completely. Pretty easy to do red crits with too, without actually trying. I think it's pretty good, stances are not bad, looks great. I use it a lot, but it's just my opinion. There are better weapons of course. When it comes to rarity, I got it at mr25, it took me 3.5 years and hundreds of Stalker kills to get the blueprint for it and now that I have it it just drops every 2 months or so lmao, you were lucky as fuck.

I'm hoping its Incarnon upgrade can change that, because if the Kunai Incarnon was anything to go by it has a lot of potential.

You'll get it eventually, if you keep playing the game and occasionally beating bosses for Marks then it'll drop at some point, just don't try too hard or it'll only feel like it's taking much longer than it is.

Honestly I forgot it and I haven't played the game in a few months, I'd have to reinstall it to tell you but you can find the build somewhere on Overframe. All I can tell you is that I used Cascadia Empowered over the usual Secondary Merciless for more consistent damage and it has never let me down. Magnetic as progenitor element for extra status effects for Galv Shot to take advantage of as well.

I also have a hate riven, but I wanted to sell it until someone told me that hate will be one of the first new incarnon weapons and that I should hold the riven until then since the price might sky rocket, lets hope
