@@snave5188 tried it the first time today, it was fun up until I ran out of ammo and just had to give up, at which point I almost suffered a mission failure imminent for staying in the spy parts for too long

I like that they expect you to know naturally what to do in these levels, without any tutorial, really, what a dumb design In the entire game we didn't do anything like the mechanics used in this tileset

@@Ali-ge6qn Yeah, puzzles you are supposed to farm. I don't know man, you shouldn't be surprised to see people complaining about these missions, considering the main audience for ARPGs. Doesn't make a huge amount of sense. I personally would have preferred these to be purely platforming challenges (which some are).

what the heck? I've done numerous Lua speedruns but I've NEVER seen the the majority of the path you took on the last vault up until the floor panel. jeez so many ways to complete it

Same, I did alot of lua spies just to get Ivara chassis since the chances were much higher. I found the last part to be too long and complicated. I just went through the normal route with the room and lasers which also had shortcut vents and then just did the puzzle that lead to the panel. I found that alot easier but if you have the worst memory then probably take another path.

Hey nice vid. For the second puzzle you can stay in the present, go all the way from rope to rope killing the detectors and once in the last room with the moving lasers, there is a passway on the end right up after the lasers leading to the console. Next to it is a warp to the past so it's faster and easier than the jumping panels. Enjoy :)

First time I've been able to get all three data consoles. You're amazing and is much easier than old Loki Lua runs, which to me personally seem outdated. I enjoy lurking in your twitch streams like an Ivara. :D

On the second one it’s easier if you go through the portal to the past, open the door and go back through the portal. That way the door opens in the destroyed/new version and you can just go into the rift and pretty much run through on the zip lines because the drones won’t see you if you use them.

I actually find it easier to do the memory puzzle for the third one, though I love how many options you have to get to the console.

After watching this video, I am amazed at my own self at how I solved the puzzles.....Heck I didn’t even know some the environment were interact able in this mode. Like the last one where you could shoot the ceilings or the phasing of the container too. And the second one.... I don’t think I have ever passed that. I was just shooting at the end like an idiot and thought why wouldn’t it be destroyed. So thanks for the video man. Really appreciated it.

As many times as I have run this spy mission, I never found the path you took through vault C. It looks easier than how I do it, so i'll be testing that out later. As a side note since the Redeemer Prime is here, you can also get the stance mod High Noon for it from Lua Spy. I had thought Bullet Dance was here as well, but the wiki says otherwise...

When you design your levels such that 99% of players have to use wiki's and youtube to get past it you've FAILED as a level designer. There are no tips or hints in game for the last level it's totally trial and error but once you know the right way then there is 0% variety. How is this fun??? is ANYONE having fun doing these types of level in a FPS game???

Theres a reason theres barely any alarms in the last level, its meant to be a time travel puzzle. They want you to explore and note differences. Really cool imo

Nice thanks! Limbo is a great idea. I never even though to try him as rift mode is a non-starter for normal laser traps/cameras. One caveat for operator mode dash (the A example) is that not everyone can dash so far in one or two pops. That would have taken me a lot longer and I might have needed a recharge along the way. Still, good tactic. For example B, I know HOW to do it, I just really suck at parkour. Seeing you do that so effortlessly in one try is impressive. Example C: O_o

Oh man make a video for the Cephalon for the beginners out there. I just went thru hell trying to understand where I was failing and I discovered I needed the Codex and the Thieve mod. Im loving the game but sometimes its not self intuitive. Keep it up I've learned a lot.

Thank you for the some what walk through. You are right it just takes repetition and patients. I got Blood Rush to drop twice but unfortunately found out that they changed the critical chance from 165% to 60% so that was highly disappointing. I went along and completed this mission a few times with Wukong Prime and his Cloud Walker ability.

Honestly you just made it much harder than the other ways in vaults B and C. There's a much faster way to do it in vault B and you can remember it much easier than the one you did. Even vault C you just made it more complicated instead of easier. wow though i never knew that path existed in vault C :P

2nd vault you did. It's much easier to go back into the portal after you open the door and bullet jump around to the console instead of doing the wall latch puzzle.

The first time you do this spy it's so confusing but it becomes pretty easy if you repeat them 3 or 4 times. Also for the part at 2:17 you can jump onto the bottom and then jump from the sides until you reach the end.

At 7:56 i started falling back and i went straight through the wall, into the lasers and triggered the alarm. Is this some sort of bug? I did barely manage to get the data but still.

Your guide is thorough. And quite helpful. The game kicked me while i was practicing, which is really frustrating. (Im using a controller, the wall latch doesn't work in time. Inputs feel like they happen way too late.)

that wall jump puzzle the second half if you have ivara with infiltrate or limbo you don't need to shoot the button to freeze the laser

This helped me tons, but on the vault with the memory puzzle, it's much easier to do the puzzle than to dance through trip lasers, since the target console is right after the puzzle... Instead of a parkor nightmare.

I haven’t done lua spy in a long time so idk if they made changes but can’t you just got into the room on the far left? I believe you take a portal into the past and it’s a laser room but you can cut through a vent near the middle of the room on the right to the room where you teleport the explosives can.

For that last vault, if you’re not playing limbo, it is SIGNIFICANTLY easier to do the bit after the memory puzzle in the present, not the past. Instead of going through the void rift like Flynn shows you, head straight under the door, there’s only 1 laser you need to avoid. Then go to the end of the room, through the rift, shoot the button above you, go back through the rift and shoot the container that’s been dropped out of the tube. That lets you through to the room where you have to shoot the moving rift. I know it sounds complicated, but trust me, it is significantly easier to do

It is also significantly easier to do the wall latching section in the present. Just gotta make sure you do enough damage to 1 shot the sentries

Your second can be easier, go to the future after open the door from start and run around the game. You can access console from the crack in the last room, then warp to the past via portal door, hack it, done.

ahh wait, i thank you for sharing this video but on the musical memory puzzle, if you manage to press the right button on that puzzle and solve it you will just go to the new open door below the "clock" and hack the console and done with it, no need for that more complex/difficult path
