Fun fact, if you go to your faction terminal in the orbiter and select arbiters of hexus, you can press □ or whatever key for your system to "Visit them" and itll drop you off right at the guy

Correction: If you played befor the angels or whisper update you get in fact locked out fom those missions. It happend to me because i had a break for 2 years and came back when dante was released

Might want to put a disclaimer at the beginning of your video that this is for truely end game players that have done everything else in the game already. There is no way someone on a starter set up can access Arbitration. Its locked behind having all the maps already completed once all the way through Steel Path. I wish they had not changed this cause you used to be able to access it without Steel Path completion. I used to run these a lot, but now since I mainly solo it will be a long time again...
