@@Mr.Salad_ yes. When the shedu runs out of ammo and reload, it emmits shockwave stunning enemies nearby the radius and resets the sentient damage resistance.

There's another cool trait to this weapon that you didn't really cover. Since this Primary weapon is a 1-handed one, it means that we can use it while doing things like carrying Power Cells, Datamasses and whatnot, as well as still use the weapon while we're bleeding out

It's possible to do the sentient ship twice if you have: - high power cryo turrets - zekti avionics on dmg, hp, armor and additional battle avionics. - most important of all: having a crew that will do their job to help get it done asap.

@@rheydt9006 Yeah...pretty much for the third list. I've been grateful that I came across two crews that did the sentient ship mission with me and manage to cooperate. I can't say the same for the other captains that had to deal with the different outcome on their end. The best way I could offer if your going in public match is to just convince the crews that it's possible to run twice on the sentient mission. You just have to encourage them to do things right and give each crew member a task to deal with. Like have one player handle the crewship, one gunnery and one engineer in railjack. OR Have two players deal with crewship and fighters while having one engineer / gunnery station in railjack. Either way, this is better than going aimlessly with the objectives. Gotta give crews some sense of goal or find a common goal the four of you are in the mission for a reason.

I do it consistently twice but without cryo turrets and you should have good battle/tactical avionics. I've done it 3 times (legitimately) but it was a close call for the last one since it closed like 6 seconds after I clicked it and we had to wait for a guy to get on the railjack

The sentient enemies that drop the parts are appearing on both missions types in the Scarlet Spear event, and they DO drop the Shedu parts. FARM IT WHILE YOU STILL CAN.

Prior to Update 27.2, the Erra Quest was triggered by striking down a red crystal at the end of a Murex with the Paracesis, and did not appear in the Codex until the quest's completion. Now you can start the quest in your in the Orbiter via the Codex after Completing Chimera Prologue

I got really lucky in my case, I got a duplicate chassis so I look for trades in chat and a guy was desperate enough to trade all the other parts for just the chassis alone. That mans hooked me up

You have to have a railjack to get the quest, so don't expect to leech your way to it without one.

If you don't touch fighters and other objective you can go to drydock with all loot that you get on sentient ship and start mission again this way you will farm shedu very fast about 5 min per run.

You do not have to finish the mission, just go to navigation and select the node again, you can get up to 7 runs per anomaly. Once you are done, select nav after sentient ships, then go back to drydock. You keep all rewards.

Replace hammer shot with speed trigger and place stabilzer in the exilus slot, rapid firing aoe gas-corrosive cannon, jump into archwing on the plains or in the vallis, shoot at dropships, insta-kill all the passengers, or fly around as CAS with a rapid firing AOE cannon. Profit.

If you add quick charge to that cannon, you will reload it faster than it fires, which means you can fire permanently. But unfortunately the gun is not made for end game...

You can put on an unranked vigilante suplies into your exilius slot to get the crit buff. If you do you would only need to forma one more time

You don't need to build the paracesis sword to finish erra quest, you can just begin erra quest from codex, and cutscene and boom you got the shedu bp

The current event, Scarlet Spear, makes much easier to get the shedu parts. After just one day of doing SS missions i got three parts and trade the last one.

so I looked at my available quests and I see that I have the erra quest available but the weird thing is that I have never built or done any railjack missions and obviously never broken the crystal I never built the Paracesis does anyone know how this happened ?

You can avoid the regular enemies and go straight to the sentient ship. Literally kill no other enemies except sentients. That way once you finish in the sentient ship, you can access navigation and leave or start again. That's how I do it with my clan. Killing even one regular enemy forces you to stay and conplete the whole mission to keep your loot. So get everyone to stay awy from the guns and fly straight to the sentient ship. Better if you have void cloak too. Park your RJ in the sentient ship as regular enemies are unlikely to go in.

Sadly the Shedu is bugged on the PS4 in every mission it'll just stop shooting out of no where and won't work for the whole rest of the mission every time i've done about 5 or 6 missions with it so far and with out fail not long into the mission the gun just stops working and like i said it'll stay broken for the entirety of the mission

Wait how did you achieve both gas AND corrosive? When I placed the toxin dual stat it combined with the fire and gave me gaze on primary projectile hit and gas + elec on the projectile explosion

That sounds like you have a Heat mod on there too? It *should* combine as shown if toxin is the only element coming from your mods. (Basically, it considers mods first when figuring out combinations, and *then* innate single elements.)

The Railjack grind to get to the veil proxima is huge. If you don't enjoy the content, it will burn you out.

This gun is currently bugged for me and completely stops shooting early in a mission. It's a shame because the Shedu is very fun.

Protip: You can nest your railjack right underneath the entrance to the sentient tileset and enemies won’t attack it. Lets you do the run. Also, if nothing good drops from the tile, you can simply abort and try to find another open squad, or use your own railjack and take it into the node. I’ve done maybe three runs before it went away and only finished the last one, since my teammates kept fucking off after the ship was cleared.
