Your builds aren't bad, they're top-shelf. I've *literally* been using the Doomshroom for years, and it's never let me down.

As an absolute armor tank addict myself (and a little bit sad Valkyr Prime lost her crown), for more passive tanking I do recommend triple Umbra for the boosted synergy (health and armor also going up significantly) and the Mecha set. What's better than 1 chonky unit? 2 chonky units! A kubrow linking the same chonky stats, with a free insane armor buffing proc thanks to Mecha Pulse, providing all the good stuff back (and buffing itself even more). I'm talking about on average +7000 armor with 90% uptime. Abilities... lol, who needs them :P

You should break the Primed Sure Footed KZfaqr law, if you're a villain in even a single meta elitist's perspective, might as well be a good villain. Also would love that video about the vortex saxum combo, sounds pretty fun!

I did a simliar thing to qorvex but with rage and hunter adrenaline. The build I use has 5 normal blue shards with health regen paired with arcane grace. Alongside this I put on gladiator finesse and quick thinking. I am literally unable to die because i get so much energy by taking so much damage and constantly regenerating health via the archon shards and arcane grace. Nice to know someone made something similar!

I love this and is making me seriously considering farming another Qorvex just for the heck of it.

I think the perfect name for this build is the Zaporizhzhia build, because that nuclear reactor tanked artillery shells like no tomorrorw.

I enjoy tanking as Qorvex, super funny and I love seeing someone else doing it. I will say I tend to commit a bit less modding tankiness for power strength and toss on arcane blessing instead, but similar idea.

This is a beautiful build. I love this Frame, but the only tanking I've been doing with him is a regular maxed out Steel Fiber and maxed out Arcane Ultimatum (thanks to the Arcane Dissolution system). So I'm gonna steal parts of your build to make him better. 😄 Thanks!

Qorvex is also a fantastic ability-spamming machine. Xata Invocation and Equilibrium with a Dethcube setup keeps his big ol’ nuclear battery fully charged at all times and ready for action.

I use qorvex for my sporothrix/zymos build, arcane grace and arcane avenger with my flat damage kavat. Great weapons platform, use combat discipline to force procs on arcanes for infinite health and crits while nuking. So much damage and all my shards will be primary elec damage so i just have an elec proc gauss cannon with 11x+ crit damage. Use ensnare to freely make any enemy into a zymos homing missile silo. Glad to see others finding he's the best weapons platform, at least for raw weapons not doing whacky things to them.

Happy new year everyone. I like this build. It's pretty much how I play my wisp. As primarily a gun platform with a lot of health and too much armor to care. In her case that arcane that gives you armor and a lot of power strength. The only times I die is if I don't notice that magentize bubble from an acolyte and shoot my weapon.

Saxum set used to trigger regardless of enemy being Lifted or not, but non-lifted enemy explosion had a cooldown stated on the mod - 6s. Sadly it got fixed like 2y ago but at least the fallof was removed.

Strictly speaking, you don't even need Qorvex. It'd basically be functionally identical on LAvos, Grendel, Vakyr, Caliban, Atlas, Frost, and Wukong. And even Inaros and Kullervo (take out the catalyzing shields for Amars hatred or whatever though) (Valkyr might need to be Valkyr Prime, she's kind of on the edge of not having the health pool for it)

i love this build. my most played warframe/weapon combo is rhino with a carrier, and an ignis wraith. i call it my lazy build, because i can just throw on his shell, and then continuously attack for the whole mission, while bullet jumping to ignore his reduced movement speed. and carrier means you never run out of ammo. but it is also REALLY boring. and doesn't do great for higher level stuff, even with rhino's damage buff.

as someone that put 5 TF blue shards on Inaros this pleases me, the armor value on Qorvex with that setup is like 96~ percent right? now that is a good amount of tankiness!

Hummmm, I think we can make it even tankier(maybe gloom, silence, shooting gallery or null star) than this, with archon shards(health regen maybe via blue shards and green shards if using toxin). Shield Gating can be probably be dropped, plus with healing coming from the helminth option we can run arcane blessing or guardian. Mecha pulse also seens kinda cool in this set-up

Hmmmm. I also thought that it would be a waste to not use the new best armour in the game, but I didn't go quite that hard. But.... I'm up 267 forma from plague star, and it would be a shame to let this double affinity not get used. And I like the azothane but don't really use it, and the magnetic vortex thing sounds fun. You've given me a new set of goals for today. :D

You could also use a healing return rakta dark dagger with qorvex and be even tankier for no reason. Also i cant wait until i get a +1000 armor invigoration for qorvex.

My build is the same except not catalyzing so all three umbrals. Also one regen tau shard and four armor shards, Which is the same build I have on Inaros. Just never die. With styanax and chroma subsumed nothing in the game gets to keep their armor anyway but me which thanks to chroma is like 99.8% DR.

Something i learn from warframe and i like is that you can build a stupid build and its gonna work

i gave quorvex 3 heal rate blue shards because i dont have grace. handspring is still a shout even if you use his 3 because it will go down sometimes. its a fun build but its really lacking when you compare it to mesmer shield revenant or ability dps types. e.g. i play with a mesa main who uses the new red crit build. we did a sp defence fissure and i was using quorvex's 4 to hit enemies while air gliding above them like an orbital strike cannon. that is patently the wrong way to use his 4 and i know i provided very little to the team in that mission but we had so much fun. i play the meta a lot so sometimes its refreshing to throw caution to the wind and try something really dumb.

I did this build on Inaros and just replaced the shield mod with his augment for scarab swarm

I did this with Yareli and Parasitic Armor. Because I hate Merilina. She's too restrictive on my gameplay. So at one point I stacked something like 6k armor through buffs. Because that's all Meuralina does. I'd rather have a static 40 second Buff that does nothing but give me crazy armor and access to Hunter adrenaline. Then be glued to the secondary only k-drive movement.

This was amusing to watch (and I mean that in a good way). Just remember that Adaptation isn't truly up to 90%. Only the most prominent damage type from the enemy, that's mitigated. I went with triple Umbral. Just cause allll the health and allll the armor

I think you could drop PSF couse third ability? Then again what else you gona put into exilus slot.

Mighty gara can stack 2 layers of 90% dmg reduction aswell , adaptation for some reason stacks very well with her 2 , sadly the armor aspect is quite underwhelming XD

You can also add Eclipse for more inmortality

hell and then if ya put life strike on ya melle then ya even tankier hell and since his kit does radation damage and procs, u can just make them fight each other, ie not targeting u. so hes more durable by default

Felt inspired... replaced cata shields and the gladiator mods with 2x range and fleeting expertise, reaper instead of molt augmented. 3531 armor before stand united, 1641 hp, regenerates 122.4 health/s. Not as tanky, but lets me use his cannon. The beauty of this approach is that you neither need strength nor duration, nor have to pay attention.

Inaros: is like that is my meta build. Give it back to me. Stop being a better me

I'm certainly not gonna say that you shouldn't have made this build (Hell, I have my Qorvex a fuckton of armor and health in my first build for him too), but one point I feel like I should mention is putting Primed Sure-footed on him is a waste of forma when his 3 already gives you knock down immunity. When Formas take almost a day in real time to build, I feel like it's a resource that shouldn't be wasted, even for the lulz. Keep up the great content!

You dont need adaptation though because his third already protects you from statuses
