Of all the new ToW releases, this set is my favorite. Just look at this style and size! I'm thinking of buying this for _a very special_ 40k conversion.⚜

Take a metric ruler and measure from the base to the eyes of the Man-at-Arms. Now do the same for the Knight on foot. Unless I missed my guess, you'll get 28mm and 32mm respectively. It doesn't really matter, as you said. After all, knights would be better nourished and chosen from the heartiest men, so naturally they would be a bit bigger. But do expect to see new releases being sculpted in this larger scale.

Yep, perfect point especiallywhen you take into account the improvished state most peasants in bretonnian live. While they're other factors, nutrition plays a vital role in physical development.

Yes, and I am pretty sure the knights on horseback are just as tall, but harder to measure because they are on horses! I may have to make another video!

Thanks for doing size comparison… I’m always looking for alternative brand miniature is the scale well with games workshop miniatures so far it’s only really fireforge games and the forgotten worlds that seem to scale like for like with games workshop miniatures… I’ve yet to try Perry’s miniature is though. I heard they scale a little bit better than oathMark or frostgrave

I feel like one of the really neat things about Warhammer is the internal consistency, meaning that goblin model is physically smaller than an orc, an orc is a little shorter than a man, and so on. I think we all want to see the models reflect the lore and setting, after all, I think this hobby is primarily about immersion more so than just being a pure mechanical game like chess. So it makes sense why some would be bothered by a perceived new scale that doesn't reflect the lore or setting fully. I am generally in the same boat, but, am rolling with the new models, they are really nice.
