Hey Warikoo ji, really thanks for sharing these insights! These are some really valuable lessons for life. Now I just wanted to ask something. And by that, I really mean genuinely asking and not some just bs point, can buying a house be considered as an asset? I know time and again you've explained how buying and renting differs and I totally live with that but just wanted to know if from any perspective can buying house be considered as an asset (because price keeps increasing). How to Friends and Influence People I think the greatest book ever written on communication and communicational behaviour. It was my first book i read few months ago and by going to the next page every single page was worth telling practicality, and the approach which was immense in it.

I tried the book, but it felt so fake i couldnt get through the first 2 chapters. Its 100% fiction but Kiyosaki markets it as real his real life events.
