I like the Tigers. I painted up a battalion in 28mm Perry's. Funnilly enough I used some of the spare heads to kit bash some egyptian sudan infantry. Never throw anything away. Nice job Leon, enjoy your grandkids, i saw two of mine this morning, Just getting over it lol! 😊

@@leont66wargaming31 yes, i had been given some slightly odd sized British colonial infantry (zulu), so I swopped the heads and painted them white with the red fez from the tigers. They arent too bad and it saves wasting them. Again nice job on the tigers!

Hey Leon, Just curious what is your painting guide for British Horseguard Infantry. I've been searching for days for a painting guide since the boxart shows them with the iconic crests and blue uniforms.

Hi buddy. It’s been a while since I painted mine, I can’t remember exactly. I think I used Vellejo Prussian blue, dark tone wash, then highlighted back up with Prussian blue again

hi leon looking good mate keep erm coming. just a question as im not very clued up on acw but especially with union troops you said they are such and such regiment but is there any differences in the uniforms as i cant tell the difference as in Napoleonic's for example the facings are different colours etc thanks chris

Hi mate. The only difference is the flag really, even they’re very similar with the Union army. the Iron Brigade was different. The hats and they wore the longer jackets. Also Zouaves had different uniforms. There are a few other examples but as a rule only the flags make a difference.
