Great ideas for on-ice warm ups. The challenge in recreational hockey is that the refs only provide a 5-10 minute warm up. If you were to prioritize, what is most important to the on ice warm up? Guys on my team want to get their shot reps in and I like getting some shots to get a feel for the puck. So maybe take some of these items you showed to warm up near the bench where I don't have pucks flying at me?
