It is very important to perform a proper warm up before doing any type of physical activity.
The purpose of a warm up is to prevent injury by increasing the body’s core and muscle temperature.
A good warm up should also increase range of motion and mentally prepare you for exercise.
Warm ups should be a full body warm up even if you only plan to workout a few muscle groups.
warm-up sessions will include a combination of cardiovascular exercises, stretching and strength drills.
Warming up exercises increase blood circulation, increase flexibility, prevent injury, increase temperature and bring the heart rate up.
So friends before doing any Routine workout it is very Important to perform a proper Routine Warm Up session.
Make sure that Normal breathing continuously while doing warm up exercises, Inhale upward movements & Exhale downwards movements.
10-15 repetiton of each exercise, depending upon your fitness level.
