Charlie, I would love love a video/short on how to safely fall out of different headstand variations. With your June challenge I now able to kick up in one and also lift into one, but I worry about breaking my neck if I loose balance haha

If you do a handstand on you hands (not forearms as in this Video) you can safely cartwheel out of it. When you feel you're loosing balance, just put one hand slightly in front of the other and do a half cartwheel, to land on your feet. I don't know if this works on forearms aswell though

I agree. GREAT VIDEO and direction in almost real time. You just need to do more than 1 of each of these moves before you can just get into a headstand. I can see people trying to do 1 of each of these exercises and just trying to jump into a headstand and busting ass! 😂😂 I know a few people that have tried and it's hilarious!

I am angry at myself all the time. My body is exhausted by being angry at myself all the time. To do yoga one need to be kind to himself. I am not able to do that.

Ik what you mean, our body feels the effects of a bad mental state, but movement is the antidote. Not a full-stop solution but will help so much more than you think, to simply move your body and use your muscles. Your mind and body will thank you, and you will start to have more energy to do things you like, and more compassion+patience+ love for yourself.

Finding yoga helped immensely in a time where I was super depressed and super anxious. It teaches you to ground yourself and shows you that you are in control of yourself and your emotions. Trust me, it is much easier to be angry at the world and idk you or what you’ve gone through but i know for a fact you deserve happiness and to feel self love❤❤ Try it
