They could have made it retro-compatible. Clearly, the connection to the wall and the cables are exactly the same. So it should have been a simple question of replacing the thermostat with a new one. The fact that they designed new support means more work, replastering etc.. This shows the lack of respect of Warmup toward existing customers. the 4iE for instance has a very poor GUI. the 6iE is much better. Can I simply swap the 4iE with the 6iE no because WarmUp bosses decided not to. I got warmup since 2018 and won't buy again. Apart of this. Thanks Home Tech for the unboxing. You provide more info than Warmup itself.

No install and setup video as announced :( I am trying to find any installation video as I find it weird that the probe is connected to the top of the back plate. Does it really come out from the top to loop back to the bottom? I mean I could simply turn the back box upside down but I guess the 2 arrow above Warmup logo are there for the reason, for the correct orientation. I would say that is to read the air temperature. Anyhow, is the probe really coming out from the top?
